Worst decision ever. Down for 3 days now, zero signal for help. You call they can't help, gotta use whatsapp but no amnswer from whatsapp since Saturday 10:52, double debits, unknown additional R50 af... Vis mer

Awful support

The service I have received from webAfrica has been absolutely terrible.

First, when I asked to move my existing connection to a new address, two products were activated on my account instead — meaning I have been paying double every month for something I never requested.

Then, once that issue was sorted out, which took days, and without any notification of why or when, my service has been cancelled outright, mid-month, for a month I have already paid for.

Now I have to sit and wait on your awful chat service to try and get this rectified — which every single time takes days to resolve and requires being transferred multiple times before the right person is available to help. And that’s if the chat doesn’t time out while I’m on hold, forcing me to start the whole process over again from scratch.

How is any of this acceptable?

Poor customer service right there wait for ever for the WhatsApp live chat and then was still sent to wrong departments and was transfered back to the help centre maybe about 5 times,with no help and they aak you to be patient. Who can be patient after sitting so long and waiting

I made a payment on the 3rd of December…

I made a payment on the 3rd of December for my services to be activated for the month of December on a reference that they provided me with only to tell me the reference is wrong they will escalate it for payment allocation today is the 3rd of January still my services is not active they send me an email for new wifi everyday they escalate it with no feedback. This company is ridiculous really how can a payment allocation take a whole month and they want to install a new wifi every agent I get asks the same question nad have to explain to the agent the same thing over and over first it was with vumatel and then I contacted them and they said they don't deal with payments and now it was for payfast that they waited now it is for their finance department that they are waiting. I explained to them they need to take the one off my name they explained it is just one but when I made payment it was for new services.
Their turn around time is whole month 48 hours but nothing gets done.😡

Pathetic service

Pathetic service
Waiting on the WhatsApp chat service since Friday. Phoned 5 times no one calls you back.
There agents have no communication skills and they refuse to refund me.

Webafrica worst company to deal with

WebAfrica worst company to deal with , For months already I've been complaining about network issues, and have requested that a technical person come and have a look at the issue, with no response. It's like you've gone out of your way not to assist me, yet you expect payment promptly every month.

no personal touch

please think twice before using them.

Webafrica are crooks straight up

Webafrica will try their best to keep you on board when you find a better deal, only a WhatsApp platform to engage with clients, cancellation is a nightmare, they put a free to use router on your account and it's listed under hardware,I have never received any router from them ,my old fiber router I received from Telkom was activated and that's it.now upon cancellation they want the router or pay R999.

2 days with no internet

2 days with no internet, ever since I joined Web Africa it's been an endless nightmare. Dint use them as your service provider, they are the worst I have ever delt with.

Worst flippen service from webafrica!!

Worst flippen service from webafrica!!! Changed from another ISP to them, supposed to start from 1 April...it's now the 7th and still no wifi!!!! No one to contact, all u have is this stupid WhatsApp chat bot that is damn useless

NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT - WORST

They don't have any technicians that can come out to assist. The most impersonal service ever! You're only chatting to bots via WhatsApp, it's pathetic! How on earth do you run a web service with no actual technical support!?

Open letter to Sean Nourse - Abhorrent customer service

The level of service at WebAfrica is SO BAD that it actually feels like I am being pranked. One comment on your Facebook page was "is this an actual business? It doesn't feel like it".

I placed my order on 19 September 2024, I have since followed up with

• SIX emails
• NINETEEN WhatsApp
• ONE return phone call where your representative basically told me "it's company policy"
• Today when I followed up (yet again) I was told "yes your router got delivered, but the fibre order got cancelled for some reason"
I am not sure if you are not training your people, not updating your systems, have communication issues, or are just employing the wrong people - definitely your processes are pitifully out of date and certainly NOT customer centric!

All of this at the end off the day is a leadership issue - what are YOU doing (if anything) to get this right????

Shocking service

2 months of shocking service. Cannot speak to anyone other than on WhatsApp chat. Do not deliver on what they promise. Do not follow through on ticket item. Staff dont check chat history and keep asking for information you have already provided, did not pass on the complaint to critical care team as they said they had done, do not follow up as promised in email. I must always follow up with them. These are but a few of the issues.

My cat destroyed my fiber cable and as…

My cat destroyed my fiber cable and as an old lady, I had no idea how to fix it. I made contact with Fasigh.P. on webafrica whatsapp support, and was quickly helped with the most amazing support. A ticket was logged and the next process explained. Thank you Fasigh.P. Fantastic service.

I recently signed up with Web africa on…

I recently signed up with Web africa on a 200mbs upload and download uncapped plan.

The Internet speed is extremely poor while streaming the network keeps buffering, on a 200mbs plan this is really poor.

I was with Mweb on the same plan absolutely no buffering at all.
