the sweater I received was just as it appeared on the site - quality outstanding. And everything to do with the company is everything I could ask for. I will definitely purchase more beautiful items from Weavers of Ireland.

I ordered a gift for my daughter’s 21st birthday. As my Mum comes from Kerry so it would be lovely to have a traditional gift. It didn’t arrive. I contacted Weavers of Ireland three times before they responded. They simply sent me a photo of the package and said it had been delivered. The image clearly showed the order had been sent to the wrong address in the wrong country. I didn’t hear anything else from the Weavers of Ireland. I contacted again and they said they would refund. But they haven’t. I have never left a bad review before but I would not order anything from these again. They are not interested in the customers.

Great experience all together. I got my hat so quickly and I absolutely love it. I want to get family members some things also.

The flat caps I bought looked fantastic, great quality, lovely wool. Unfortunately the one I bought for my son (7) was listed as a one size fit. It was much too small for him, visible red mark on forehead, caused him discomfort. There should maybe be a couple of sizes for the kids as well. €39.00 is a lot of money to pay for something that doesn’t fit. His head is average sized, just beware that the kid’s flat caps are quite small in size.

the website makes a big deal of being Irish heritage, using natural materials & being made in Ireland.
however
ordered & recieved the Kells scarf & it was labelled made in France & made from acrylic materials.
Honesty & transparency go a long way to ensuring repeat custom.
Maybe its just this one product?

Y'all left the tags on it and I paid $60 more than the exchange rate plus shipping. Maybe next time can hide that you cheated me better.

Beautiful colour, as advertised and very quick delivery

If you start adding some elastic in back, it will be more convenient and comfortable from large to extra large. Because I bought extra large last time and add /stich some elastic to adjust. Now I have to do with this blackone too so it will stay comfortably.

The flat cap was larger than described by at least a centimeter. It also had a slightly wider front width that looked awkward, though that might have been because it was too large for me. Unfortunately, Weavers charges $25 for return shipping. Also, the ad that I received in my email quoted $49 for the cap, but when went to checkout, the price was $59 plus shipping. All in all, if I return it, I will have paid $90. I should just write the cap off as a sunken cost and give it away instead of shelling out another $25.

Product is beautifully made and arrived well wrapped and protected very promptly.

Loved the product and how it was made. However, the large size that I ordered was too small as well as the zipper used was a woman's zipper on a men's jacket.
