We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we take your concerns very seriously.
As a UK-based business, we unfortunately have no control over customs clearance processes in other countries. At the time of purchase, customers agree to our Terms and Conditions, which clearly state that any customs duties or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customers have always right to refuse pay custom fees and parcel will be sending back to sender.
However, we understand that not everyone may read this information in detail, and we acknowledge that it should be made more visible during the checkout process. We genuinely value all feedback—positive or negative—and will certainly take your comments into consideration as we work to improve the customer experience.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re truly sorry that your sale purchase did not meet your expectations.

Please, NOT use Emirates Post in UAE/Dubai as a delivery company. I received parcel from you after 20 days since parcel arrived to Dubai. Emirates Post is the worst delivety service and expensive
