Ordered an item on the 3rd Feb. Was emailed by the 6th that it had been dispatched. Item was not delivered to the correct address - photo from tracking details was some random doormat nowhere in my vicinity. On the 14th Feb I contacted the company to let them know the order did not arrive. I had a reply on the 15th Feb where a replacement was suggested and the address was checked. I confirmed the address was correct on the 16th Feb. I then emailed again on the 11th March to check for an update, and did not get a response. On the 22nd of march I contacted to ask for a refund due to the time lapsed. They replied on the 30th March to suggest a replacement or refund and I confirmed refund 7 hours later. Still have not heard back or received refund. Do not buy from this company unless you fancy a similar rigmarole.

Site looks sketchy because they only sell 4 items, I had my doubts with so little reviews which is why I’m writing this one.
I received a tracking link right away, and received my item in 1,5 week. Item is good quality and exactly as shown on the website

Great product that fits. I am a plus size tall woman, but no problem with fit. They don't deliver to P.O. Boxes, which is a shame. There was a hiccup with my order, but once I contacted them the customer service was excellent and the product arrived quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.

Easy shopping experience

Ordered the two for one tights deal, and 5 days later it got delivered, no problems, no extra charges and everything was just smooth.

A lot of people write it is a scam but I had no problems what so ever, I decided to pay with paypal to be secure IF it was a scam, but there were NO problems at all.

Customer service was great. I mistakenly ordered the wrong product and contacted them and they were quick to respond and were helpful.

Initially I did not receive my order but when I reached out to customer support they sent me my order again at no extra charge (my first order said it was delivered but the package was not there). Happy with the customer service so far!

Christine’s customer service was superb. I had moved and inadvertently typed in my old address for an order. I reached out immediately to see if they could change it before the order processed. She took care of the change, and the order arrived at the correct address. More impressively, she reached out after the fact to see if I had received it. Wow!

The service they provide is exceptional! Somehow the post Office messed up the delivery so that it never arrived. I contacted marble about this and they were really help full and even sent me a new product free of charge. 10/10 will shop again!
