Wildgoose Events Anmeldelser

We recently used Wild Goose for a team build event and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other companies, everyone that we liaised with in the team was friendly, professional, enthusiastic, accommodating and so helpful. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for them and that they genuinely wanted our teams to have the best experience.

Fantastic fun in Nice and really well managed by the wild goose team!

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday in Nice, France, and was looking for a relaxed afternoon activity that would bring everyone together for some gentle fun.

The Wildgoose Urban Explorer was the perfect solution. It gave us the chance to explore the city, enjoy some lighthearted team competition, and most importantly, connect with one another. The pace was just right — not too hectic in the heat — and we could go at our own rhythm. It was all about having fun together.

The Wildgoose team were fantastic from start to finish. Booking was simple, and they made it easy to tailor the experience to suit our group. Our remote host, David, was excellent — he kept us on track and delivered a great debrief and results reveal at the end. I’d definitely recommend opting for the hosted version — it made everything run so smoothly.

If you’re planning a private event like a birthday, I can wholeheartedly recommend Wildgoose — they’ll make your special day even more memorable.

Thank you, Wildgoose!

Wildgoose recently delivered a bespoke event tailored to support our selection process for Project Management apprentice candidates. The goal was to observe how participants performed in a carefully designed team challenge. The event exceeded our expectations—seamlessly organized, engaging, and highly effective. Thanks to Wildgoose’s expertise, we successfully identified and selected the right candidates for our program.

We used Wildgoose Events for our company social - using an onsite host. They did an incredible job. The activity was fun, well organised and just the right level of competitive. All teams really valued the activity and enjoyed the many tasks to do (we did the Ultimate).
Having access to the photos and videos have allowed us to look back at the fun and enjoy some of the moments again and again! Will 100% use again.

ART HEIST: The Virtual Mayhem We Didn't Know We Needed

Imagine this: a team of ambitious, slightly confused, caffeine-powered detectives trying to stop a high-stakes art heist... from their living rooms. What could possibly go wrong? Well, aside from a small time zone hiccup on our end that had people joining late—but not to worry! Our amazing host Vanessa handled it like a pro. She welcomed everyone in, got them up to speed, and made us feel like we were part of an actual museum-level mission.

From the get-go, the company was top-tier. We had planning meetings where every single question (and some we didn’t know we had) were answered. They made sure we were ready and set us up for success—or at least for highly entertaining chaos.

Now, the app. Yes, there’s a mobile app involved. Cue dramatic music. For some of our folks, this was almost a deal-breaker. But here’s the trick: only one person needs to install it and act as the “Captain.” Everyone else can sit back, observe, and shout ideas like, “Check the vase!” or “No, the other left!”

We made it work by sharing screens and using the Zoom whiteboard feature, which turned out to be a game-changer. It felt like a cross between a digital detective agency and a group therapy session for overthinkers.

Did we win? Not even close.
Did we have an absolute blast? 100%.
Did we immediately start planning our next attempt at digital greatness? Of course we did.

Highly recommend this experience to any team looking for fun, laughter, and the opportunity to yell at their coworkers in a totally acceptable, puzzle-solving kind of way.

We loved using Wild Goose for our first remote company event! They were so supportive and helpful in guiding us through the booking process, as well as assisting our staff during our virtual escape room. Our employees loved how interactive and immersive the experience was! We look forward to working with Wild Goose for future events!

Our host Lilli was very flexible and helpful in last minute figuring out the best location for our Urban Explorer treasure hunt to connect to our next activity in time.
She explained all very clearly and enthusiastic.

The treasure hunt was an absolute blast. We had so much fun going through all the actions and questions.

Absolutely brilliant was what clients came away saying after playing 'Spy Training' yesterday in Marylebone as part of a connections retreat. Our online host, Lili Thomas, was fabulous. The whole set-up is so easy and simple and really gets people working together and having fun! The Wildgoose team are super to work with, so helpful and efficient, and the activity so easy to book and use!

We had a brilliant time using wildgoose for our latest work virtual social! We are based across two geographies so it is hard to bring the entire team together for fun social events - wildgoose made this so easy and doable, creating a fun and competitive spirit with a great tool to make an escape room possible and engaging.

The whole team loved the event and thanks to our amazing facilitator Melissa for her great energy and drive to give us a fab social event!

Our experience with the globetrotting virtual event was absolutely incredible! It was such a refreshing and engaging way to connect with the team. The event was thoughtfully organized, and the groups were paired perfectly, especially for those who don’t always get the chance to interact regularly.

Our host was phenomenal—energetic, hilarious, and quick-witted! She kept us laughing the entire time and created such a positive and fun atmosphere. The spur-of-the-moment challenges were a highlight—they were creative, exciting, and brought out everyone’s unique talents. It was so entertaining to see what everyone came up with by the end of the event!

This was exactly what we needed—a chance to bond, laugh, and create unforgettable memories together. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Wildgoose provide interactive team experiences designed to motivate, build trust and provide insight. Hosted through your smartphone or tablet - our activities can be played anywhere, anytime and for any group size.

I recently had the pleasure of participating in the Wildgoose office games event, and I cannot recommend it enough! From start to finish, it was an engaging and fun experience that brought our team closer together while providing a much-needed break from our usual routine.

The activities were cleverly designed to foster collaboration and friendly competition, which really helped to lighten the mood and energise everyone. Using smartphones and tablets to navigate the challenges made it not only accessible but also added a modern twist that kept everyone engaged.

Our facilitator was fantastic, guiding us through each activity with enthusiasm and ensuring everyone felt included. The variety of tasks meant there was something for everyone, and it was great to see team members shine in different ways.

One highlight of the event was the sense of camaraderie it created. We laughed, strategised, and celebrated each other’s successes, fostering a stronger bond that will undoubtedly translate back to our workplace.

Overall, Wildgoose delivered an amazing experience that I believe will have a lasting positive impact on our team dynamics. If you’re looking for an effective and enjoyable team-building solution, I wholeheartedly recommend Wildgoose! You won’t be disappointed!

We played 'Spy Training' remotely last week as part of a team building event during our kick off sales conference. The team at Wildgoose worked really closely with us throughout the build up to make sure it was well organised, plus set up a test event to make sure we were all good to go. The team is very professional but keeps the tone very much in good humour.

We had a trivia night for our company over the holidays and it was a lot of fun. I would say it was great, except my team came in a solid 5th, out of 8 teams, and that just feels wrong. :) But seriously, the host was great and did a good job getting us into the game and announcing the winners afterwards and we all got to work with people on the team that we may not have known that well, which was great for team building. We only did 45 minutes and I thought that was going to be long enough, but we could have gone longer, as we didn't get through all the questions in the game before it was time to score.

Lots of fun and a great virtual event with a host available throughout. Great to all get together for the results at the end too and see what everyone had been up to on our Festive Scavenger Hunt.

Super well organised and professional event! We arranged, amended, amended again and had the event within 7 days. So easy to book, easy to amend, and their support team were great.
The event itself (A festive escape room for 90 minutes) was great fun for both in-person and remote employees, and easy/difficult enough that we had a range of results which made it competitive but fun!
Our host was amazing too, super engaging and helped with the flow for sure - will definitely use Wildgoose again!

I was tasked with sorting out a festive social for our internationally based team. After a lot of Googling I chose the Festive Escape Room. All of the information received prior to the event was user-friendly, and on the day everything ran smoothly. Our host was absolutely fantastic. We all had a great time, myself especially being on the winning team (I didn't bribe the host)! Would definitely use again and recommend. Excellent value for money and there were a lot of laughs!

I am a college educator and teach an introductory health care course. For a learning module, I used Wildgoose to facilitate teambuilding, and I can confidently say that my students enjoyed participating in the virtual escape room. I would highly recommend Wildgoose for your team!

Great festive virtual escape room activity! The team really enjoyed the tasks, engagement and competition across the sub teams. Thanks Wildgoose, will definitely consider other options in the future!

10/10 Recommend!!

Such a good experience, the whole team loved it. Couldn't have been happier. Will be doing again this year!
