I didn’t receive my item, it has being sent to the wrong address, I’ve tried to contact the customer service many times but there is answer. When tracking my item it was sent to Reading when I in Ilford

EDIT: They have been bought out. Have removed another star as their emails still used 'from Ama xx, implying she still owned the business. She hasn't since and it seems everything has gotten so much worse.

I love their products, within three months I had inches of growth along my hairline that I had struggled with for years - using a weekly oiling and wash routine. My natural curls have also looked the best since using the wash day routine, and Rain smells gorgeous. I do wish charcoal was a regular product too as it works so well to prevent product buildup.

I only knocked off a star as they still seem to have major issues with dispatching items and communication (my last order took a month to dispatch), especially around sale periods. Their products are five stars though.

I love plantmade products, but unfortunately last order after 1 month I didn’t received my order.

try to contact costumer service was a struggle, every time i got a email from the team they had no idea what was going on with my order, even i had explained myself multiple times on past emails.

They said they where going to replace my order and send it again since the first order never arrived and the status they gave me for it that is was returned to the sender .

That was a month ago .
So i am dealing with a 2 months waiting for my order. I told them how important was for me to received the product i really wanted them i been using plant made for some time now. But i was clear if you are clueless about was happening with my product and give me no solution i want my money back. I emailed call them leave them a massage over the phone!!!!

I just got frustrated and cancelled the total from my credit card . It was $146 worth of products i never received and plant made costumer service was not helpful at all.

Very stressful and disappointing situation and the worst outcome was now i am out of products for my curly hair.

I’m giving it one start because I’ve not received my order since the 25th July and we’re now on the 25th of August!!! l’ve contacted them via instagram DMs with no update, explanations, nothing! Is this a joke?

First time buyer and was sceptical about using this products. I can say that every content applies to my hair and scalp rests in my hair no greasy feel. Used fingers more to comb hair. A reduction in hair breakage during wash. Began documenting hair growth and revive journey

Been using this product for over a year now and it is amazing. I tell everyone how amazing it it because it is and the team should be really proud of what they have created. BUT I am coning up to 4 weeks since I ordered a item that I ran out of and I have still not got my item. I have emailed multiple times and got no reply and I would never have dreamed of writing a review with one star but I am getting really frustrated now. I ram out of other products and need to re order but I am not willing to spend the additional money on products that I'm not going to get. I just want to know 1 if I'm getting my order and 2 when.

Communication is key guys.

I’ve still not received my order, after a month. I’ve asked for an update and had no response, not a good experience compared to the first time I ordered from here, which is a shame because the products are actually good

Never received the product. Sent numerous emails to try and get the item or get my money back. No one has bothered to respond. So I won’t be using plantmade again.

I’ve emailed, called, and left voicemails but i haven’t received any correspondence on where my package is. i looked at the tracking and it says it’s cancelled, but haven’t gotten a refund. i purchased from them once before and was incredibly happy with the products. But unfortunately the second purchase was not as great of an experience as the first. still love their products and would love assistance finding my package. From the U.S.A and have been waiting for 4 weeks and counting

Edit: Still no response. I’ve left emails, called, voicemail, text, and also this review. I did love their products-loved the formula for the conditioner- but been waiting for over 5 weeks now. I’ve had to do a chargeback with my bank because I haven’t heard anything and I need to buy hair products from somewhere. I’m so sad that it ended this way.

It’s hard to review an order I never received. My order number was #161882 and I still have not received it. This isn’t like them to take this long.

Not an ideal experience. Waited five weeks to receive only one of my two purchased orders. I have no idea when the second order will arrive. The products are very good, but they are costly. Difficult to justify the outlay when the delivery is so sub-standard. Consequently, I have canceled all subscriptions for future purchases.

My product was never delivered. I am really disappointed. I emailed and have had no response.

I bought Plantmade oil. It did not help to grow my hair. It made me lose a lot of hair.

I contacted them to explain it to them. Nobody from the team responded to me and I also did not get my money back.

To me personally, the Plantmade oil did not help at all

I love the products and had no issues with delivery until placing order in July 2024. A month later, the tracking number doesn’t work and still haven’t received the order.

I bought the wash and grow bundle. Great products and instructions on how to use them. The Soil made our hair nice and soft. We immediately noticed the difference in our hair in using these products. Looking forward to the hair growth. Thank you to the team.

Wrong product was sent; and there has been no response regarding

The products are amazing but the customer service & delivery is an absolute fail. I've been waiting 5 weeks and had a email back to say check with royal mail. When I go on the tracking it doesn't come up with anything. I've asked if they could get in contact and help me, I've now asked for a refund and I've had 3 messages ignored. Seriously disappointed. I've spent a lot of money on this order with no products. I don't know what to do at this point.

I made a purchase on June 22nd, as write this review August 18, the order hasn’t gotten to me.
All efforts to speak with someone is unsuccessful.
The customer service representative is not truthful. I’m not happy with the service.

I love their products and had purchased many items over the years but a recent experience revealed that their customer service is a massive disappointment. I ordered an item in July and was aware of delays on their website but after waiting over 4 weeks I emailed the company who said the item had been despatched. When the item still failed to arrive I was told the item had been despatched and the issue was with Royal Mail. I checked the delivery status for the order and was shocked to see it had been cancelled. Plantmade left me with no option but to raise a dispute with my bank to get a refund. A professional company would not treat its customers like this if they want their custom to continue.
