I love their nappies but I can’t recommend the subscription service, it’s too much admin and errors from their end. I had an email saying my order was being prepared soon with the option to delay for 2 weeks, which I selected, but it was still delivered. They say they offer an exchange but the system doesn’t allow you to request one, you have to just return and get the credit. However, 2 weeks later I’m still waiting. I don’t have the time to mentally track and keep ontop of something that should be simple. Once this return is sorted I’ll be cancelling my subscription and ordering as and when I need. Their customer service team are lovely but I’ve had to speak to them too many times. I suggest they improve their systems to meet their customer needs (tired, time poor parents)

Great company to deal with. Answer queries by email quickly and the nappies are excellent

I found all other nappies gave my great grandson nappy rash and hardly ever got it with peaches

Best quality nappies and best customer service team

I wouldn’t use any other nappies for my baby - peachies are so soft on her skin, easy to put on and are able to contain loads more liquid than other brands. It’s such a relief knowing she’s wearing such high quality nappies and they help to avoid night time leakages!

I found the poo exploded out the back of the nappy because unlike other brands like pampers there’s no ‘poonami pocket’ at the back, despite the high waist.

These nappies are the softest nappies I’ve had and I’ll never use any other brand. The website is very easy to use and the subscription service is brilliant, the nappies are always delivered super quick so I’m never left without any. My daughter is 8 months old and in size 5 shortly going into size 6 and she’s in her nappy all night from 7pm-7am and hardly ever leak. I have had leaks but only when the nappies have been too small which meant I needed to size up.

We moved to Peachies some time ago after finding all other options on the market had their flaws. They have been an absolute game changer for us and I can’t suggest them highly enough.
Having just transitioned from nappies to the pants we couldn’t be happier.
The customer service and shipping have always been bang on. We were in a possible sticky situation on Friday before the bank holiday and the team actioned and processed an order for us which arrived in less than 24 hours after whatsapping them. Can’t say fairer than that!

Great nappies (although they leak time to time) however shipping and customer support is just not great. We were running late on nappies and I have rescheduled few weeks in advanced delivery for Monday the 25th. Today is Monday the 25th and it has not been even processed. Of course no one bothered to notify of changes. You would expect better from a 70 gbp nappies. I think I might be cancelling my subscription due to that. I just can’t deal with this poor service.

We have been really impressed with Peachies nappies.

They fit really well, feel soft on the skin and have been great for both daytime and overnight use. We have had no issues with leaks, even through the night, and they seem comfortable for our baby to wear.

They also feel like good quality nappies and do not have that cheap, bulky feel some nappies can have. Overall, we are really happy with them and would definitely recommend Peachies to other parents.

The product, delivery and customer service all deserve a 5 star review. Love!

Daily back leakes !!! I cannot believe you guys are advertising leak proof !! We get daily leaks at the back with our breastfed baby. The worse nappy ever

Peachies made our nightime life much easier but not only. Our daughter has really sensitive skin she kept getting nappy rash and as soon as we switch to peachies it improves massively !

Fantastic from the product to the customer service. I had tried so many brands before finding Peachies, all leaving me with either stained clothes or an upset baby who was constantly wet!
With Peachies, my little one now sleeps through the night without any leaks and we’ve hardly had any blow outs - I’ve not looked back since!
Their customer service is next to none, I’ve mainly dealt with Ivyn who was always responded so promptly and helps with my queries.
