I purchased a colon cancer test which returned a positive result, I followed up with GP and following additional NHS tests I have stage 1 colon cancer, thankfully caught early and an operation planned in n the next 3 weeks.

Not good
I was not informed that any antihistamines should be stopped for 3-5 days before the blood test! I have emailed asking how this would affect my results but no reply!

Originally asked to cancel my order on day of ordering. Still got sent out test so I did it and sent off over a week ago even though stated would receive within 7 days. Live chat got no where and now still waiting to hear back from a few emails sent. Scam company - stay clear

not worth it in my opinion
I seemed to get emails from different addresses to who I ordered from which was confusing.
Some emails were asking if I had the results I wanted and when I said I didn't have my results no reply.
Eventually I got in touch and said haven't received them and it took a while even for them to find them.
Once I got the results I did a second check on validity and found some more information suggesting they aren't that reliable at all so feel like I wasted money and then had to chase for results.

Do not waste your money!
I paid to have the allergy and food intolerance test done. Took over 7 days before my blood test was even logged on there system. Im pretty sure blood may have gone bad after this ampunt of time. Had to keep chasing them up. A total of 3 weeks later finally get results through. Not impressed at all by the results. A known allergy that I have came back negative, I suffer every day with this allergy so I am aware I still have it. Food intolerance were very off the mark. I also paid to have a sensitivity test from a different company using a hair sample, there results were a lot better to my known issues and symptoms. Some of there items tested seemed irrelevant.
Don't waste your money like I did. I am very disappointed in this testing especially how long it took to process the blood sample, should blood be used after approx 10 days?? Does it hinder the results?
