High quality clothing, good value for money and speedy delivery.
Would be nice at some point to have more colour choices in the hoodies and T-shirts.

Disora is absolutely to die for! I have bought three shirts (technically four except that one got ruined), a hoodie & the denim jacket from the first launch. I’m in love with the comfortable quality of the materials and I enjoy being able to wear someone no one else has in my area! The prices are fair for the quality. The styles are rather neat, though I do hope a broader color palette comes in another launch! I’m so very excited to wear my denim jacket, new hoodie, and new shirts! Can’t wait to see what else Disora produces! I recommend 100% if you want comfortable, stylish, or luxurious products!

Still waiting on my order and have emailed several times for an update and no reply!

I ordered my items back on 30/11/2022. They never arrived within the 3-7 working days which said on the email confirmation when I purchased the items so I emailed to ask if they had an update. I received a response within a few hours to advise my item was pre-order and would be here within the week. I then heard nothing further from them so emailed again twice with no response to either. It is now 15/12/2022 & I still have no order or response about my order. On the website it is showing my order is unfulfilled & nobody is getting back to me. This is not the kind of service I would expect from a clothing company where the prices of the items are higher market. I’m pretty disappointed with my first experience so will most likely not be buying again. Just a little bit of honesty & transparency about my order is all I’m looking for. If they aren’t able to provide my order, just let me know & refund my money so I can get a similar item elsewhere instead of keeping me waiting with no response.

I’m so happy and satisfied with my purchase. The quality is very good. The customer service is excellent.

NOT only did I have to wait 3 weeks to receive my order of Disora despite having paid 15€ shipping, today it arrived + a surplus of 18€ customs that was not included in the final price?! I hope at least the hoodie is good because I won’t buy anything with these prices anymore

I placed an order on the 28.11.22 and its still saying unfulfilled on delivery. I have messaged and emailed several times but had no reply

Ordered a t shirt over 2 weeks ago and still not arrived.
I have sent 2 emails but no response.

I’d love to review but it’s 12/12/22 and I’ve yet to receive my order placed on 25/11/22!!!

Placed an order on the 29th November, no update received and showing as unfulfilled when I log in to my account. Despite several attempts to contact and ask for an update, still haven’t heard anything.

I’ve wanted some Disora clothes for a while and was super excited by the Black Friday archive sale as I missed out on the first collection. The clothes are really good quality, look amazing and are so comfortable!

The quality of the items are amazing! However, it would have been helpful to have a sizing guide. I ended up ordering the wrong size and am still yet to hear back from customer service regarding this.

I liked the jeans and delivery was good however I’ve had to return the jeans as the zip was faulty - would not zip either up or down and this meant i couldn’t even try them on.

The clothes are great. But I ordered leggings that were to small and have sent them back for a exchange but haven't received anything. I've tried contacting them but have heard nothing. I contacted them a week ago and resent my request on Saturday aswell. I love the brand in its self but the communication is a bit difficult.

Incredible quality and attention to detail. From the make of each fabric to the stitching and fit. I really appreciated that the leather jacket came with a hanger. Even internationally products were delivered in a timely manner. Always impressed and satisfied with each order I make. Thank you!
