My item was packaged really well in a lovely black disora bag! The item itself is really good quality my daughter is a huge fan of perrie so will love this item

I received my order on time and that’s all great but it’s the wrong size so I want to send them back and I have to cover the cost of the returns . It says if I want to change the size but I don’t want to end up with baggy one area and fitted in another so sending back for a full refund . Feel like I been cheater a little and can’t order again as don’t want to keep having to pay delivery twice .

I ordered the black body suit and 5 stars all round for me, can't fault it. The sizing was accurate, not too big or too small. Arrived when I expected. The quality is out of this world, lovely and soft. The style is just incredible, can put it with anything for any occasion. Just fantastic, can't wait to order more 😀

Arrived quite quick and fits beautifully, even have more space as brought the biggest body suit size and its so comfy.

I ordered the correct size based on the size chart, these leggings and shorts are very uncomfortable. They dig into my waist and there is no way for me to comfortably work out in these. I’m very disappointed.

The quality of the Tshirt I purchased, great. No problems at all.
Im annoyed about the leggings though, the bum is completely see through which is a shame because the colour, fit and texture is lovely.

The sizing isn’t true to their size and if you want to send any items back for a refund or exchange you have to pay for it yourself and it must be sent back tracked which cost me £9! I don’t expect to pay £9 to send back an item from a company that is meant to be big. I’m really disappointed with this experience

The quality is just amazing. I got the wrap around sports bra, leggings and jacket and it is easily the most flattering set I have ever worn. The size chart offered is fairly accurate but I decided I want a looser fit and the exchange process was so easy and quick.
One small suggestion is to include the sizes the models are wearing, which I find to be very helpful.

The product is good quality, en looks even better. The only proplem is that it said on the page that delivery would only take 4-6 workdays, and that I would pay for tax and eberything, but it took 8 workdays and I had to pay extra. I put my information in the order so the package would arrive to my home but it didn't so I had to go get it myself and had to pay the extra money there. So the ONLY bad thing anout DISORA is the delivery service!

Loved the quality of the clothes & will definitely buy again! I thought to invest in some nice gym wear recently and this was my first purchase, they make me look great so I couldn’t be happier.

Wish the bottoms had pockets and there were more cropped-style tops to pick from.

I purchased two items :) a top and a legging! I am aaaabsolutely satisfied with the top, it’s perfect! The legging was defective (it can happen to any product, thanks okay!) but Disora has a super customer service 👌🏻

I paid € 14,95 for the shipping and just a few minutes ago I received the small parcel. I had to pay another € 12,06 for customs. I was shocked due to this extra costs. So the shorts have cost € 31,95 plus € 27,01 for shipment and customs. This is not acceptable and I will not order again.

The material is absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and stretchy. Perfect for every day wear, the colour is beautiful too!

Absolutely awful customer service. I’ve never felt so insulted. Ordered a beige hoodie at Christmas-time 2022 as a gift to myself. Hoodie arrived, and fantastic quality at first glimpse. Skip forward 4-5 months… and very noticeable holes have formed around the front pockets. I followed the washing/drying instructions, and the heaviest thing that had been in the pocket was my phone. Contacted customer service, who (basically) just blamed me. They’re more than happy to take your money, but after that, you’re on your own. I will not be shopping again, as £50+ for a garment which has fallen apart… I may as well have thrown the money out of my window onto the street! Do better! Business 1-0-1… the customer is always right! Was not offered a refund. Asked for an exchange, also denied. Really upsetting. It’s hard to support sustainable businesses when they treat you like rubbish. At least Primark/New Look/Next/River Island would have given you your money back!

Great quality

The quality of the garments are lovely, but after watching an advert of how the goods were packaged in a lovely box, mine however just arrived all squashed into plastic bags which was quite disappointing. But apart from not having the box, very happy with my purchase
