WBM International also dba…
WBM International also dba wbminternational.com, himalayanchef.com and WBM LLC of Fleming, NJ sells groceries and staples online through direct-to-consumer and major third-party platforms and vendors including Walmart, amazon, temu, and Walgreens. On May 9, 2026, I ordered and paid for a 2 pound jar of Himalayan whole cashews. My item was received by me with evidence of the shipping box being opened and retaped AND with the seal of the jar wide open. This vendor is located in New Jersey. The Administrative Code of the State of New Jersey says that perishable foods sold on the internet must be hermetically sealed (for sanitation and safety reasons.) It was obvious that the box had been tampered with evidenced by the courier's proof of delivery photograph. I have no idea what type of toxin or foreign object could have been inserted into that jar. When I contacted the vendor, they apologized that the box and item were OPENED BEFORE I received it YET they have refused accept responsibility and REFUSE to replace this item or refund my money. Their suggestion to me is that I buy another jar of cashews from them at my own expense. You'd have to be an absolute lunatic to eat a perishable food item that was tampered with. Based on my experience, this a seller not able to be trusted or depended on to do what is expected, promised, or required. My advice is to stay away from the seller because they obviously show a careless disregard for their customer's health and welfare. Again, based on my experience they could potentially be selling unsafe items. No one in their right mind should ever eat a perishable food item received with an open package and a broken safety seal.
