After her first practice with her new shoes, she was raving about how comfortable and supportive they were and said she could definitely tell they were made for volleyball specific movements. She also LOVES the style/design. We’ll definitely be shopping Way of Wade from now on. Also, their customer service is phenomenal!

The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. They take days to reply, and I even had to email twice just to follow up on my enquiry. I requested a return with the tags and original packaging all intact, yet they rejected it over minor sole marks from briefly trying them on for sizing. To make matters worse, this was a non-US return that I had to pay for out of pocket. Overall, a very frustrating and unreasonable experience that completely ruined the purchase. I would not buy from this company again.
Word of advice: not worth it.

Very satisfied. This is my son's third pair of Way of Wade 10 shoes. He likes the cushioning and comfort the shoes provide during games and practices. He needed to change the third pair. Joe, the service manager made the process easy.

Way of Wade 11 Liberty and partial refund
I had an issue with a recent Way of Wade purchase where the shoes didn’t work for me due to significant forefoot discomfort during play. While that was disappointing, I want to specifically recognize Chloe from the customer service team for how she handled the situation.
Chloe was professional, responsive, and clearly took the time to understand my experience. Even though my return didn’t qualify under the standard policy, she worked with me and was able to offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, which I truly appreciated.
