I had problems with punctures in my liner. Antria was most helpful, listened and was sympathetic.
Antria was able to sort things out and did what she could to help.

Positive experience - ordering was simple. Delivery was super quick and one query was resolved very quickly between carrier and Wave.

I had a small issue with my new tub ! Jade handled my query perfectly with support and a solution ! Above and beyond is how I would describe the support ! Thank you

I contacted Wave through the online chat on the 20/03/26 and was promptly connected with David. I needed a replacement air valve but wasn’t sure exactly which one. Although the chat eventually timed out due to my inactivity, I soon received an email from Wave Customer Service. David had followed up proactively, asking for my address so he could send the correct part out to me.
I have now replied to the email, and they have now arranged for the replacement to be sent. It’s incredibly rare these days to contact a customer service team and not only speak to an actual human being, but someone who goes above and beyond to help. Wave's support was outstanding from start to finish, and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service I received.

Cannot fault the guys at Wave the customer service is really fast and always happy to help. I made a mistake with an order and they sorted without any hassle. The Garda we have is amazing and spend most nights just chillin.

Special mention to Sophie who was amazing and of course David who seems to work till god knows when each day as always replies to any questions you have.

Love our Hot Tub, been a couple of issues with the lid but customer service has been very helpful and sent replacements free of charge.

Heater went out but Henry got it turned around and is having a replacement sent. Its great to have a company stand by a warenty.

Milly has made this issue easy to resolve (HL code). Quick and easy communication. Let's hope it resolves as its the second fault now.

We were having trouble with our dpa. We wrote to the customer service and they helped trouble shoot the problem. Several e mails later we received the correct part and now are enjoying g our hot tub! Sophie and Elizabeth were a huge help!

I've just ordered 2 Tourer 3.0 SUPs, and couldn't work out how to claim the 5% discount. So I emailed, and Elizabeth wrote back immediately to let me know she'd sorted it out and credited the 5%.
Looking forward to the boards arriving.

Unfortunately, I had an issue with my relatively new spa and I was worried about whether the company would stand by the product. I shouldn't have been! I had quick and friendly support. Esther showed a lot of empathy while walking me through troubleshooting and, ultimately, a part replacement in seamless fashion

I am leaving this review to warn other customers and to document what I believe is a predatory business practice by Wave Global.

On February 27, 2026, I submitted a clear, written cancellation request for Order #WSUS21083. My email stated directly: "Please cancel this order. Please let me know this was received." There was no ambiguity. The item was on pre-order at the time, meaning Wave Global had ample time to stop the shipment before it ever left their warehouse.

Rather than confirming the cancellation, their representative responded with general information about the item being on pre-order and said "please let me know your thoughts" — which I interpreted as acknowledgment of my request. There was no indication in that response that further confirmation was required to proceed with the cancellation.

On March 2, 2026, I followed up a second time asking for cancellation confirmation and refund timeline. Again, the response discussed refund processing times (7-10 days) and said "please let me know your thoughts." At no point did anyone clearly communicate that the cancellation had NOT been initiated or that additional action was required on my part.

On March 7, 2026, I was shocked to receive a shipping notification. When I contacted them, Wave Global's explanation was that the cancellation was never processed because I hadn't explicitly "confirmed" I wanted to cancel — despite two written requests to do exactly that. They then offered a token 5% partial refund as resolution.

To make matters worse, the delivery was never scheduled in advance as originally promised. Both myself and my partner work full-time and were unable to sit home for a 12-hour delivery window. We could not refuse the delivery as Wave Global suggested, through no fault of our own.

Now, Wave Global is requiring me to pay the return shipping costs for an item that was shipped against my documented cancellation requests. I have multiple boxes of a hot tub sitting in my garage for a product I tried to cancel weeks before it ever shipped.

This company ignored two written cancellation requests, shipped a pre-order item they had every opportunity to hold, failed to schedule delivery as promised, and is now requiring the customer to pay return shipping for their own mistake.
