Good quality distiller much better than the last brand I owned.

Just the right size. Worth the $.

I have been using my water distiller for several months and I have no complaints. I make about 5 gallons a week. The one gallon distilling tank is efficient and easy to clean and maintain and the water tastes really clean and pristine.
However, if you have a family you should consider getting a unit that has a larger tank.

it is pure but I tested the pH balance and it is -5 which is too acidic

i got the correct filters on time, at a good price.

After doing some extensive searching online, I purchased this distiller because it has a minimum of plastic components. In fact the carafe handle and the cover are the only pieces of plastic. I love that the basin itself is metal. It is easy to clean, and easy to descale using the citric acid. I run my machine daily a few to several times a day and am no longer buying bottled water which saves me money and decreases plastic in the landfill, that alone is a great reason to buy this distiller!

Good price, good product, reasonable shipping. It's the real Durastill filters at the best price I could find. The only trouble was that I wanted to buy two packs instead of four, but I will eventually use them all anyway.

my water distiller is my favorite tool for keeping my water safe. I couldn't be happier with it. Easy to use, easy to clean. I use it almost every day. I was considering buying another just to keep on hand in case my first one stopped working. I bought the stainless steal model. It does one quart at a time. I think everybody should get and use one.

The water distiller works great and is easy to use. Cleanup is rinsing the water tank of the residue left behind from the distilling process.

I have no complaints, very happy.

Helpful advice and quick shipment!
Clean with a scrubby and a damp cloth after soaking bottom of unit with vinegar for five minutes, and unit will be ready to go for another batch of water.

Great filters for our Model 30J distiller. I use both a pre and post filter as well as the StillSweet to keep it looking new inside.

Company support is great. Replaced heating element with just a few hoops to jump through.

Instructions booklet: should mention that the eating element is always on when plugged in even if both switches are turned off.

Has been cleaning up nicely also

Great, replaces old one.

This is a great distiller. I love the break-proof container. Easy to clean. I had a different model with a glass container and it broke within a few uses. This model is VERY user friendly. I was using a plastic gallon jug of distilled water daily. It makes me feel good to know I am not throwing away a single use gallon jug every day. Good for the environment!
