Watchtrendz Anmeldelser

Our second order and love it like last time!

I had an excellent experience with Watchtrendz. I ordered three watches, and the process was smooth and professional. Communication was prompt, and they were very helpful throughout. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be placing another order in the future. Highly recommended!

Excellent quality, a little expensive but worth it. Will order again. Fast shipping.

Good quality items & the seller is very helpful. Very good experience overall. Will order more stuff in the future.

Purchased a Rolex watch for my mom which is beautiful! However, the two bracelets I ordered w the watch literally look like they can fit a small child. They don’t fit and I get no response back as a replacement.
Extremely upset and probably won’t order again.

Love the watch that I ordered!! I get so many compliments every time I wear it, will definitely be purchasing from here again :)

Update:
In the end they send me a new watch (after a lot of back and forth) and so far it is still running so fingers crossed 🤞

Unfortunately I have a bad experience with this company. After reading all these positive reviews and also after see positive reviews from influencers on TikTok I finally made the decision to order a watch and a bracelet for my husbands birthday. I was communicating via WhatsApp with someone and I specifically asked if it would be in time for his birthday. The answer was a solid yes. You can guess already what happened. Instead of the promised 10-15 days the order still wasn’t delivered after 3,5 weeks. After numerous messages and complaints from my side they finally gave in and resend the order on speed delivery. It arrived after days. Nice! So finally I was able to give my husband his birthday present. He loved it!
In 2 weeks time he wanted to wear it for the 4th time but unfortunately the watch didn’t run anymore. He tried to wind it up but no luck. Also the date didn’t change anymore. So there went our luck!
I messaged the company via the WhatsApp and send a video of the watch because they asked me to do that.
This was exactly 1 weeks ago ago. Since then I receive a n answer every now and then but no solution no after sales no nothing.
I am devastated because this was a special birthday for my husband. He loved the watch that he had to wait for for so long and now it is broken. The worst part is that they don’t give any response or solution or anything. Since 1 week ago I received a message saying: give us a few hours and a message that they will reply tomorrow.
So before ordering, when you are a potential client you get immediate answers like speedy conzales but when there is something wrong it either takes a while for them to take action or they never respond anymore.
Aftersales sucks and I spend a lot of money on a special birthday present but it doesn’t work. The bracelet is ok 👍 but definitely not worth all the money I spend (that was actually for a watch and a bracelet).
I really hope they are going to solve it for my husband.

Amazing quality, great customer service. I will definitely be buying more watches!

Great communication! So happy with my bracelets! I’m already thinking about what I should get next.

I was a bit nervous about buying a watch online , but what I have experienced is amazing customer care . The communication has been excellent from the start . It’s been a very positive experience. Best of all was when my watch arrived after 10 days and it’s purely amazing. The watch is super cool and exactly what I had envisioned. I have been wearing it since and I’m already thinking about my next watch . I can strongly recommend this company.

Amazing customer service and items came in perfect condition. Shipping was fast, too!

Great experience! Be sure to include measurements with your order if trying to create a stack. I now have my new gold stack and I love it! Excellent quality, all comes in packaging, arrived much faster than I expected. Already looking forward to my next purchase!

Amazing quality, packaging & truly a work of art! Loved it all! Have a whole list of products to purchase ! Can't wait

I’ve bought a few items from Watchtrendz and it’s always been great. They communicate very well throughout the process and their items are high quality. I ordered a watch and had to take it to the jeweler to adjust the links and I got complimented. The jewelry is solid and looks amazing, in this last order they even sent me a gifted tennis bracelet 💜 definitely will continue ordering from them.

Don’t believe all the reviews and influencers. This seller is not honest. I purchased a few watches and jewelry. My issue is with the fact they told me the jewelry was gold plated and it turns out it’s mixed metals. They admitted to me after I asked a bunch of questions. Then changed their story. They refused to give me a refund and I’ve had to open a PP case. Buy at your own risk.
