Diamond bezel burberry watch is fake and not diamonds. I wrote an email twice no response.

They took my money immediately and never sent my watch. I called and emailed several times with no response. I sent a certified letter which was received and no response. Do not do business with this company!

Is been 4 months since I purchased, a Hamilton chronograph front them . And i haven’t received anything. I called several times , left voicemail emails and nothing . I had to filed a complaint with afirm . No help from them . I’m out of 2500 dollars . There’s other watches dealers better then this people don’t get scam pls

Did Watchshopping.com go out of business? Their site has been down for two weeks. No one answers the phone either.

I placed an order for an omega seamaster planet ocean. They never delivered it. All emails, phone calls were ignored. It looks to me this company went bankrupted, and the site is still up and no one is operating this.

Scammers…had to file a case with PayPal to get my money back …please please don’t order from these thieves

I ordered a watch at the end of May and have never received it nor heard from them despite repeated attempts to them. They have taken my funds and provided nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Do not fall for this scam. I have been looking for a nice watch for some time and the older reviews for this site seemed possitive. Unfortunately, without going back and looking at the recent reviews for this site I ordered a watch through Paypal....thinking that I would be protected through Paypal.

After reaching out to Watchshopping without response I started a despute with Paypal thinking this would be resolved quickly. Paypal indicated that if they did not receive a response back from these folks in 10 days they would resolve the case. Althrough Paypal has not received a response from these folks they have yet resolved this issue and seem to be looking for ways to not resolve....Do not rely and Paypal to protect you.

I have now started a claim with my credit card company which will take some time to resolve.

Dont be an idiot like me...these folks are not legit.

Ordered a watch month ago and still did not receive it, while sometimes it is acceptable since you get watch at discount price, There is no communication at all from them, I do not know what to do at this point

My watch was ordered on 06/16/23. Previous to that, a chat and email inquiry weren't answered. On 07/05/23, I received an email indicating it wasn't in stock and that Watchshoppping won't know when it will be back in stock. This despite the fact that the website indicated it was in stock at the time of purchase. Today, 07/21/23 it's still listed as 'In Stock!' Several phone calls and one email have not been responded to as of 07/21/23. Buy from Watchshopping and be prepared for disappointment and perhaps your loss of funds.

I placed an order for a Hublot on June 13th. I received an email confirmation right away, and the company charged my credit card for $5,500. The ad said the watch was in stock and I would receive it in 8-10 days. It has now been about a month. I have not received the watch. There has been no communication from the company. I have sent customer service 2 emails and 3 voicemails asking for an update. I have gotten no response. This doesn’t seem to be a legitimate business. I am going to have to contact the attorney general now and see if they can help me get my money back. Very disappointing. If they had communicated with any updates this wouldn’t be necessary.

Like other reviewers I believe this company may have gone out of business, however they still take orders and your money along with it. I ordered a Seiko SPB337j1 on 5/14/2023 and never received a tracking number for the item. Order status to this day (7/9/2023) is listed as "not yet shipped". My attempts to get in contact (email, website chat and telephone) with this outfit were all ignored. Sensing a scam, I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charges to my great fortune. I don't think anyone has close to $800 to toss away. I would never order from this company again and wouldn't recommend them. I found another source for the watch and got a good price and quick service so there's no excuse for the complete lack of service received from Watchshopping.com

I purchased two watches from Watchshopping.com on July 3rd and June 29th, 2023. I have yet to hear back; I sent four emails and left four voice messages. No one has called back. However, they were quick to charge my PayPal account on the day of purchase.

Man they used to be such a great place to order from. I’ve bought 4 watches from them in the past (Tudor omega, Panerai) and they’ve always communicated well and shipped within the expected timeframe.

This time was different- no responses , phones off the hook , efc. I’m 99% sure they went out of business but pretty shocking to see the website still accepting orders and to continue to get marketing emails from them.

Ordered my second watch from them on June 20, 2023. Received two confirmations. Now no watch; no telephone answer; no email answer. Terribly unprofessional at best or possibly out of business.

ABSOLUTE THIEVES. Ordered watch, waited, nadda. Left VM and sent numerous emails. Trying to recover funds through my cc

100% went out of business. I bought an Omega Seamaster 300m in January without issue. I tried buying an Omega connie in May and it was a mess.

Run run run! At least Amex refunded in 48 hours. Whoever owns the website is 100% scamming.
