Watch My Diamonds Anmeldelser

Miss Mary helped me in this purchase excellent. Thank you.

Outstanding service. The communication was great from the first phone call to the last text.

A very pleasant experience. The price was right, brand new watch arrived in perfect condition the following morning, having been shipped overnight free of charge.

Excellent customer service. I love my watch!!

I would absolutely recommend watch My Diamonds, they answered all my questions and my watch arrived quickly and was in perfect condition!! Professional and a pleasure to deal with .

I cancelled my purchase and they immediately responded positively. Thank you! Reputable business!

I will say, paying for a watch online is definitely something that I was a little leery about, but the team at Watch My Diamonds were very easy to work with and were more than willing to work around certain complications I had. They provided me with plenty of updates, and even though they made the watch to order, it was well worth the wait.

I will definitely recommend them to my friends if any come into the market for a new watch.

Hands down the best jewelry experience ever..
Thank you Jenny..will be making more purchases!

Bought a few watches from watchmydiamonds.com and my experience with the Company and Owners has been nothing but STELLAR and HONEST. Watchmydiamonds owners and employees go the EXTRA MILE to put a SMILE on your face. Not only is Customer Service their mantra, but they really go the extra mile. Awesome site, beautiful watches and priced to perfection. Thanks so much.

Ordered an expensive watch for girlfriend. They kept in touch offered other great opportunities and service was how it supposed to be. Thanks so much

Daniel was a pleasure to deal with the purchase of two watches.

The entire process was amazing. Jenny is very personable and took my specific requests into account and worked with me throughout everything! The Rolex is BEAUTIFUL and exactly what they showed. It's even better in person, actually!! I had such a great experience I'm buying a second timepiece from them currently!! I give them the highest recommendation for their customer service, their superior product quality and their professionalism!! Thank you Watch My Diamonds! SLH

I ordered a watch and paid for it on May 4. I Was told that it would be shipped and that I'd receive a tracking number. The watch was to arrive today so I stayed home to sign for it. Well, the watch never arrived, neither did the tracking number, and the the woman that I spoke to at Watch My Diamonds said that "...someone would get back to me during normal business hours". My response was that I am seriously considering the cancellation of this $5100.00 order due to such cavalier and extremely poor service. I will update my review with the rest of the story.

Daniel (Co-owner) called me this morning regarding my order. He profusely apologized and said that he couldn't access my order because it was in NYC and travel/access is restricted by order of the Governor due to COVID-19. He said that my order would ship as soon as he could access it and that he would update me with the tracking number when it did. He provided his personal cell phone number as well. I assured Daniel that I understood the dilemma but that I should have been kept informed. I look forward to getting my package.

My girlfriend Susan received her package today. Boy was she excited and thrilled. Thanks Daniel for going above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen. Your personal attention and generosity is deeply appreciated and will not be forgotten. I will not hesitate to recommend Watch My Diamonds as a trusted professional business managed by professionals that will earn your business.

Thanks Daniel!

I was looking for a watch for my dad's birthday. Watch came in a perfect condition with a right packaging. I had to wait about a week to get it delivered but they communicated with me all the way till I get it. Thank you for service guys. Will keep recommending.

excellent exactly what it was supposed to be

I love the watch I purchased. I had an issue with the size, but after contacting them, I returned the watch -- free FedEx label was sent -- and they added links. Received it back yesterday -- it's perfect! Daniel is awesome -- I'll definitely get my next (4th) Rolex here!
