Our family had great experience with Watch My Diamonds. My engagement ring is beautiful and the price was the most reasonable we could find. We also bought Rolex for both of us and our order was customized based on all our requirements. All transactions were made online and we received our orders without any problems. Watch My Diamonds gave us 2 years warranty. I would strongly recommend this store.

scammers

scammers
I have purchased a Rolex watch which was not working
the movement needed servicing due to the oil being dried.
The Bezel and the glass were duplicate and not original.
when informed they requested me to ship the watch again to NY from Dubai which is something i was not willing to do

they are scammers, selling 2nd hand watches that are not qualified

Making a purchase of the size online…

Making a purchase of the size online was a little scary to say the least. I spoke with Mary and she was wonderful and put me at ease. The process was seamless and painless, and I love my watch. I recommend Mary most highly and thank her for her patience with me and answering all my questions even after the sale.

Great Shopping Experience - I would come back

Their prices were very competitive and they had a very large inventory. Mary was also very helpful when I called with a question the day after I placed our order on their website. The watch was shipped promptly and in exactly the promised condition when it arrived. My wife is thrilled with her purchase!

My good experience

Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with. I thought the first watch I ordered was too small and they were happy to exchange it for the larger one. They kept in touch throughout the process. I would recommend them highly.
