I had the pleasure of dealing with this company when selling my gold Rolex day date presidential. I sent in some photos for a valuation. I had brief chat with their team in head office. I arranged an appointment with 1 hrs notice. The shop was secured whilst inside so it felt safe. I was offered a cold drink. Deban was great, he showed me the current market value of my watch and what I should expect to sell mine for. I was happy with his quote and he was happy with the watch. I would highly recommend this company for buying or selling a high end watch. Very professional and everyone was very polite. I will definitely be a return customer.

Promised me he could get me in today and taken care off. He gave me a timeframe of 3-4. I was never even called back to be let know they wanted to reschedule, I had to call and text being very polite. I let him know it was an inconvenience due to him telling me I would be seen today.
