Robbing scumbags how is this able to happen? Total scam. Never signed up for anything, yet can’t cancel it. There is no customer service and can’t get money back. Total joke.

This is a deceptive scamming operation by egregious scammers. using watch face designs to CON unsuspecting clients out of their money. So many people have sold their souls to mammon.

Scammed me after showing a price of USD 0.99 and immediately charged additional USD 6.00 . Not even replying to emails now. Cancelled my bank card

Bei WFTHG.com werden nette watchfaces für die AppleWatch gezeigt, auf die man vermeintlich für einen günstigen Preis von unter 10€ Zugriff erhält. Dabei tappt man mit einem Klick in eine versteckte Abo-Falle, auf die an keiner Stelle hingewiesen wird. 6 Tage nach dem verhängnisvollen Klick werden die ersten 29,99$ abgebucht, dann jeden Monat wieder der gleiche Betrag. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, dieses Abo zu kündigen. Rat der Bank: Virtuelle Kredikarte vom Handy löschen. Betrügerfirma mit Sitz auf Zypern

This website an app is a total scam! I feel victim to the $.99 offer on Instagram only to then suddenly receive a message saying that I’ll be charged the extra $6 shortly! Which kid never mentioned at all!! (or if it did it was extremely in the fine print down below made to be missed easily.) then suddenly I got another charge for $29.80 that from reading other people‘s review is going to be a recurring charge. I’ve tried to contact a cancel this but it seems extremely difficult. I hope I don’t need to block my card or change my credit card.

Zero stars! Do not get duped! This is a scam. 29.99 a month as a hidden charge. My bad for not catching it sooner. Was able to cancel, I hope! Support can’t even tell me the app name I’m paying for. When I found it on my own, I am unable to even download it. It days ‘app not available’, so I’m paying for an app that I can’t even access! TOTAL SCAM

Update 2/18: after going back and forth in email they were unable to tell me what app o was using. When they sent me links, they didn’t work. They finally ended up refunding me all 4 months I was charged and got email confirmation my “subscription” was canceled and I would no longer be charged. Watching closely still!

I would give zero stars if that were possible. I paid £6.99 for what was advertised as a discounted one-week trial. The payment went through, and I was then immediately charged an additional £19.99 twice without my consent.

I contacted the company, and they attempted to claim that I had been offered a discounted purchase of two clock faces. This is completely false. I was not offered, shown, or asked to approve anything beyond the trial and there was no app downloaded.

This is misleading and deceptive behaviour. I would strongly advise others not to sign up or provide payment details.

They put you on a subscription, hidden in the terms and conditions, without telling you. Then when you request a refund, they agree to refund you 50%. Thy keep 50%.

This company is fraudulent and criminal and they make their money with the above scam.

This company scammed me through an ad on Instagram for Apple watch faces. I thought I was paying .99 for a custom watch face. After I clicked it and paid, I received nothing, there is no app, and I have no way of figuring out how to access what I thought I was buying. Immediately after that, they changed me another $6, for what I have no idea. My bank flagged it as fraud and contacted me. Since I technically initiated the first transaction I didn't pursue it at the time.

Today I just got charged another $29.99 by this company and my bank flagged it for fraud again. This time I had them cancel my card because I have no way of contacting this company and can't figure out where my payments can even be managed. I did not agree to any kind of recurring payment or additional charge beyond the initial .99 cent watch face (which I never received).

Signed up for trial, they then charged be $6.99, then 2 x $19.99, then 1 x $29.99 in 7 days. I did not authorise those charges, there is no way to contact them. Trying to find the app on the App store is impossible, so I cannot warn others. Total scam app.

This is a scam! Do not sign up for this. Difficult to get your money back or cancel subscription. Would give it a zero if I could!

Absolute scam I have been offered watch faces for a week for £2.99 next thing I know got charged £19.99 twice contacted the company and they told me i purchased them therefore not refundable!they are thieves keep away from them

They keep talking my money every month never download app for watch faces, it’s impossible to cancel subscription. Original promise was paying 6 dollars or so by a trial. They immediately started charging 29.99. Every month since half a year now
