Purchased a Submariner 116610LN. The condition was exactly as described. I placed the order and was called an hour later to arrange a delivery date to suit me. The watch arrived the next day, beautifully packaged with some extra goodies thrown in. Overall a 5 star experience and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Such an excellent service from start to finish. I purchased a Rolex Datejust with the diamond bezel. Heather who served me went that extra mile and was given some freebies. I would highly recommend Watches Of Whitby and will definitely purchase again in the future.

Picked up my new Rolex Submariner “Starbucks” from Watches of Whitby and I’m absolutely thrilled. The watch is stunning—Rolex quality through and through.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend!

To anyone looking to buy a luxury watch with high standards this is the place,I found them on the internet by chance and I’m so glad I did,the price I was offered for my trade in planet ocean was very fair and unlike other companies when I offered my watch for inspection there was no quibble over price, the two ladies I dealt with today were very professional and a pleasure to deal with, the watch I wanted to buy was presented beautifully, and as photographed and described, the company deserves a 5 star review and I would definitely recommend and do business with again, thank you.

Spotted a watch I liked in my local Pawnbrokers and contacted Leanne who I met a few months previously on a visit to Whitby and found very friendly, honest and helpful, to learn a bit more about the particular model. Bizarrely she had the same watch in stock and a deal was done. Drove over to pick it up and found it to be exactly as described.
Great service from Leanne, Paula and Mel. Already got my eye on another watch I spotted whilst there.

Whilst on holiday , I was informed that the watch I had been looking for for a while was available at Watches of Whitby . Immediately going online , I saw that the watch was in superb condition and was only a few months old. I took advantage of their deposit option to take if off the sales list , and then paid in full upon return to the UK. Today ,I travelled to Whitby itself and met the staff instore .They were absolutely brilliant with me ,so approachable , friendly and knowledgeable . I was so impressed with the service , that they are now looking out for another watch for me . I can only , highly recommend this store as my whole experience was superb .

I have had the pleasure to deal with Watches of Whitby both over the phone and during a visit to their premises in the heart of Whitby. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and make the purchasing process so very easy, special mention to Mel, Heather, Alexander & Paula. Nothing is a trouble with this company and I have no hesitation in recommending them when it comes to purchasing a genuine timepiece. And the cherry on the top their prices are very competitive and quality second to none. Mark D.

I bought three watches from Watches of Whitby - customer service and communication were second to none! I was particularly impressed with the care and attention to detail that went into packaging and delivering the watches. Highly recommended - hopefully next time I will be able to buy in person rather than from the website! Thanks again

Initially my postal entry was not acknowledged, subject to a negative review Whitby watches contacted me to resolve this and assured me that this entry would be accepted on this draw. They have advised they will provide me with my draw number in the next 3 days…watch this space.
