The website is great. Delivery was super fast, and I love the watch. It looks like if I had waited one more day, I could have received a 5% Mother's Day discount, but I am pleased with the shopping experience.

Everything perfekt. New, original watch. Very reliable contact. Highly recommended.

Great price. Good communication. Quick delivery Will buy again!

Excellent service. Super fast delivery. I got my watches the next day. Love the watches with 2 year warranty. The prices are super competitive. Will definitely buy again from this company.

It was great getting to unbox my new watch. Having that experience like I was at the jeweler in the comfort of my own home, fantastic!

Great price, great service, fast shipping, order accuracy great company to buy from, excellent customer service.

I purchased the Oris big crown bronze. The watch was in brand new condition along with the packaging. It was a seamless transaction and the watch arrived within the week. I would definitely purchase watches from these guys.

I purchased my watch on line. I called the next day to make sure there were no problems with the credit card. Josh indicated the watch would ship that day. The next day the watch came by 11:00 AM. I was delighted.
Upon sizing the band, I cut it too short. So I call BM and ordered a NEW band. They were helpful and it cost me 225.00 for the band i ruined. Despite the trauma.... I still LOVE the watch. Josh was nice enough to call back. By that time I stitched the pieces onto the band in three places. It actually looks pretty nice!!! I am a Model maker, so I also sew. I am wearing that Blue Riviera as I type this. I LOVE the look! Cool watch!

My U Boat Classico was exactly as described and arrived on time, to go along with amazing pricing and fantastic customer service which made the buying experience fantastic!

Watch arrived well packed. Pleasantly surprised by condition of the box and watch.

One of the best online retail experiences I’ve ever had. There was a small aesthetic imperfection in a watch I received as a gift. I contacted customer service and they immediately made an appointment for me to have an expert watch technician look at it. I was able to bring the watch to him in-person because I happen to live close by. He fixed the problem within minutes, no questions asked. Watches and Beyond truly cares about your satisfaction.

I am buying a third watch from them. First a Baume & Mercier, then a Breitling Navitimer and now a Longines. Excellent and courteous service, prompt shipping. Simple and accessible website without convoluted driving you through multiple product pages.

My timepiece/watch is beautiful. The shipping and customer experience is excellent.

Watch was exactly as advertised and looked even better in person.
Very fast shipping.

I purchased a Longines watch several weeks ago, received prompt communication and received it within a few days. It arrived in the original box, still wrapped in the plastic covering with a Watches & Beyond signed warranty card. It has been a seamless process. Thanks again.
