Incredible quick service. I have never had a problem with my orders. They always arrive quickly and packed safely. Great selection of watches.

The company quickly responded. Turns out AOL erroneously placed their confirmation emails in a spam folder. I had never experienced a perfectly legitimate commerce based email being misdirected before. It's all good.

Ordered a watch on May 27. Have received zero email confirmation. ZERO receipt. After returning to its site, what I found was an order #, date ordered, fulfillment status. NO other information, not even confirmation of the brand, view history, etc. At best, rude and grossly in personable. The ONLY way I determined the watch is actually being shipped was via combing through the USPS site, and only after my 45 minute research on the vendor's DBA physical location in Ogden Ut. I'll be truly amazed if the watch matches what I ordered.

Update 6/1/2026:
Watches.com responded to my review claiming that their customer service cannot reimburse customers if the item has not been shipped back. This is inaccurate in my case because I already returned the watch and can provide tracking information if needed. It is disappointing to see the company make a false claim instead of acknowledging the facts of the situation.

Their response also seems to shift responsibility back to the customer rather than address the concerns that were raised. Instead of taking ownership of the poor product presentation and the costs I incurred, they focused on blaming the customer and referring me to their return policy.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from Watches.com. If issues arise, don’t expect them to take responsibility or fairly address legitimate customer concerns.

Initial review:
I ordered a watch from Watches.com based on the excellent product photos and presentation online, but the actual experience was disappointing.

When the watch arrived, it looked dusty, cheaply presented, and was not even properly positioned inside the box. The overall quality and presentation felt very different from what was advertised.

I returned the watch immediately. I paid about $13 for return shipping, and the company also deducted around $9 from my refund for the original shipping cost, leaving me out roughly $21 total despite returning the item right away.

To be fair, customer service did respond politely and explained their policy, but they were unwilling or unable to reimburse the shipping costs even after I explained the condition and presentation concerns.

Just sharing my honest experience so others know what to expect.

Already had one of their automatics & wanted one in all black with roman numerals=the only other all black watch here is a Movado. This black automatic is a great looking watch. Don't expect any problems as the older brother has run fine for many years now. AND YOU NEVER HAVE TO CHANGE A DEAD BATTERY!

Excellent Experience! Ordering is simple, and delivery is fast and secure (5–7 days). This was my third time buying, and the products are consistently high-quality, genuine, and well-packaged. Also priced better. Outer Branded Product Box showed some wear from storage and transit this time, which was concerning but the Inner Branded Product box and item within were in good condition safe and sealed. Got lucky there I guess. Highly recommended!

Had an issue with a discount code.
Seems the code was changed a checkout, did not get the price I was hoping.
Learned after the fact, the code was not the same I chose and did not notice that at checkout.
I contacted customer support and explained my dilemma.
They understood my problem and immediately issued a refund to reflect the cost I wanted, no questions asked.
Cannot ask for better CS, thank you.

Watches.com gave me a coupon code that saved me over $50 on the watch I was looking to buy. Not only did they save me money on the watch, the shipping was fast, packaging was impecable and the ability to track my order was easy. I will be doing business with Watches.com again and again for all my time piece needs and wants.

Your company is trustworthy and always on time. Orders arrive when stated and prices are reasonable, or I would purchase elsewhere.

Ordering was straightforward - no issues. Watch was as described, and came in a really cool box. Delivery was smooth and timely.

I bought 3 watches in 2 styles. Services and information were very good through out the process. This is the first time I experience a Cadola. Designs are superb and I love the automatic movements with these watches. Definitely a well balanced aesthetics and values.

Stay as far away as humanly possible. The prices may be good but the customer service is abhorrent. Whatever you save you'll spend in your sanity. Better to pay $20+ to purchase literally anywhere else.

I asked clearly to cancel the first order. I emailed, as requested and directed by Watches.com. Here is the text of that request, written by my son: "
Can I cancel my recent order? I was trying to use a promo code but it failed and checked out without realizing."

I just checked my emails again and both orders were placed--with different items--within two minutes of each other, while I was talking to chat support!! Not only is Watches.com fighting with me about missing the cancellation; they even messed up the orders! I would literally BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE before doing business with this place ever again.

That seems fairly clear to me--and was confirmed by chat.
