I purchased a Seiko watch from WatchDirect. The watch was delivered pretty quickly. The price for the watch was the lowest I could find on the market. However, the warranty information was not provided with the watch. I emailed them but no response was received. Then after a week I had to call them up and then I was told that I will receive an email from Seiko for the warranty. There was a bit of delay on Watch Direct's part to process warranty information due to holidays perhaps. But I got the email from Seiko later on. All in all, it was a good experience.
