Watch Concierge Services Anmeldelser

The watch is perfect. It arrived as described and was packaged and delivered professionally.
What makes WCS stand out is Sam’s customer service. From the first message Sam was quick to respond, knowledgeable, informative and so helpful. Even a mistake in delivery address (at my end) couldn’t unsettle Sam from delivering exceptional support. Thank you.

A solid 5 stars for Sam, who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable from the very first message that we exchanged. She even helped me source the OEM bracelet for the watch, and fitted it for me at no extra cost. The watch arrived today and looks phenomenal, can't wait to take it on holiday and dive with it! Thank you for everything Sam, I will be back!

Absolutely brilliant!!
I had difficulties with a vintage watch and Sam managed to not only resolve the issue with the watch but did so in a timely manner keeping me updated on the progress on a regular basis.
She also seeked quotes and offered her expertise on another watch query that i had and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommend and i will definitely be using the watch Concierge services in the future

Sam was extremely helpful, every question I had was answered. I felt very comfortable buying a watch from watch concierge services.
Thanks Sam for answering all my questions and making the experience safe, secure and comfortable.

I had some poor experiences with watch service in he past, then a work colleague recommended Sam. I sent her my Breitling flyback for service and repairs, we have experienced numerous delays with part supply, but, I was kept informed and reassured all the way.
I received my watch back and have been stunned at the New appearance of my watch, it was beyond all expectations, as new.
And it works as good as new.
Samantha was professional, courteous and went way beyond throughout the whole process and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who cares about their watch.

I had heard of Sam through a mutual friend, so when it came time to depart with my beloved watch it was great to know that she came highly recommended.

I met with Sam to discuss the sale of my watch via consignment and was instantly very impressed by Sam's enthusiasm for the watch game but also her deep knowledge of watches and her background in watchmaking, it was clear that I could trust her with the sale.

Sam was very clear about the process, how she sells her watches and the potential timescales involved, she then kept me updated throughout and gave me regular updates and my watch has now sold with a price I was very happy with.

Her industry knowledge and contacts also assisted greatly when my watch needed a polish and a new link to become showroom condition.

I wouldn't hesitate to work with Samantha again.

I have been hunting a Breitling Superocean 44 Special for about 18 months on & off. Initially after PVD one, I saw that Watch Concierge Services on Instagram had a steel one for sale with blue ceramic bezel & blue dial. About 3 1/2 years old, it looked in very good condition. After speaking with Sam, I managed to secure it with a deposit & got it today! A really smooth transaction The photos didn’t really do it justice. It’s in immaculate condition - with box & papers. The service from Sam is exemplary & I can’t recommend her or WCS highly enough. Sam has an excellent knowledge of watches and the watch industry that only enhances trust in her service.

The Delivery was on time and it was well packed with the item that I ordered in a great condition. Most importantly with a lovely letter. Thank you for that great experience.

Having recently worked with Sam at the Watch Concierge Services in the hunt for my new watch, I can testify just how professional and helpful she is. She curated a full day's shopping at all the best watch boutiques in London, whilst offering me advice and her keen insight. Having worked in the watch industry for years Sam's watch knowledge was a great help and led to negotiating a very acceptable price for my new timepiece. Sam even came back to London with me the day I picked up my new watch, truly providing a great service. I would definitely use her services again.

I first used Watch Concierge Services to repair a Swiss steel chronograph that had a perished crown seal in September 2018. It also needed a full service. WCS were able to undertake the work in less than 4 weeks (much less time than sending to Switzerland) at a competitive price. About 5-6 months later the watch wasn't holding power so went back under warranty for a check which resolved the issue. I've also used WCS to sell a ladies Cartier in May 2022 and service a vintage Omega Seamaster in the same month. Each request and transaction has been smooth and delivered professionally with confidence, trust and pro-activness.

I went to Sam for an engagement watch for my (then) fiance. She was super accommodating, knowledgeable and clearly passionate, and with her advice I found a beautiful watch which he loves!! My (now) husband is already following her social media! Highly recommend.

I can absolutely recommend Samantha and Watch Concierge Services: friendly, professional, efficient and trustworthy. The Omega Speedmaster I bought from her was exactly as described and at a fair price and she went the extra mile (actually many miles!) to ensure I received it in the most convenient way possible. Brilliant communication and a pleasure to do business with: count me as a totally satisfied customer!

Samantha was fantastic, knowledgeable and reassuring. An expert in this field who truly understands watches.

Sam managed the repair of my vintage Seiko bracelet watch strap. The strap was sadly unable to be repaired but she managed to source a replica that was even better than the original. Would absolutely use her to source a watch for me in the future.

Sam is fantastic! Friendly, professional, and excellent knowledge. Clearly knows the industry well and able to help with less ordinary queries. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Watch Concierge Services are fantastic at what they do. Selling a high value watch can be an anxious experience but their quick, detailed approach made it safe and easy with a very fast, pleasing outcome. Communication through the entire process was excellent.

I had multiple queries about family heirlooms - both watches and jewellery - and Samantha was able to advise me accordingly. She then dedicated significant time to finding various solutions, and potential buyers, for my items. I wouldn't hesitate to use Watch Concierge Services again, given that it has been such a positive experience.
