I always rate a company on how they deal with issues after a purchase and not before.

Don't get me wrong, the product is as described and a quality strap. However, I had an issue with the clasp and have not had a response since.

Strap is of good quality. Only issue is the shipping time to US. Plan on 2 weeks from ordering date. Which given how far….that’s not too bad.

The product that I received did not match the photograph of the product on the website. The strap that I received wasn't bad and wasn't disappointing except for the fact that it wasn't the same as shown on the website. It should have been a rich dark brown colour with a smooth and slightly glossy appearance. Instead it was a weaker colour at the dark end of mid-tone brown and had a textured and matt appearance.

My son bought me a strap for my Apple Watch and the quality is fantastic.
This was over 2 years ago, unfortunately one of the little pins snapped most likely as I take the watch on and off many times a day!
I paid for a new pin from a shop in the high street but it broke after 24hrs.
So I then emailed watch & strap with the order number from my strap and they sent me two new pins without charge! Now that is customer service if you need a watch strap use this company. The pin has been in my watch for the last 4 weeks no issues.

The quality of the leather is great- full grain as advertised.

The deployant clasp however, is poor quality- flimsy and unfinished on the flanks- I would not recommend at all. In my opinion if a company cannot produce good quality (even at a lower price, they shouldn't bother).
