Hi Thomas,

I have just spoken to George, who advised that you would call me once you have finished your meeting.

Before the vehicle is booked in again, I would like to speak to you so that you fully understand the history of this case and the outstanding issues. The car has now been back to BMW six times, and on the last visit it was with you for almost a month. I have also spent nearly £5,000 on repairs and work that I was advised was required, yet the vehicle still has unresolved problems.

The outstanding issues are:

- The plastic trim from under the seat was left in the boot.
- The speaker is still not working because there are coins stuck underneath the seat, not screws as previously suggested.
- The wheel alignment/tracking was not carried out.
- The vehicle is still vibrating, which remains the main issue.
- The centre console, which I was previously advised had been repaired, was not fixed. I have now had to arrange for this to be repaired myself.
- I was advised to replace the front and rear brakes and discs, despite the rear brakes being perfectly serviceable. I followed this advice, incurred significant expense, and the vibration is still present.

As you can appreciate, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. Despite multiple visits and substantial costs, the original problem has still not been resolved.

Clean, lots of choice for eateries. But what are they thinking with THE PIANO!!!!
Nice lunch spoiled by a cacophony of noise! Pity the poor staff who have to endure it throughout their shift!

My daughter is doing an MA in History. She has had to work from home because of Covud and hasn't completed a single day actually in university. Online lectures are poor, her tutor is not available and the replacement is as bad

She had to request an extension due to illness at Christmas, it is now March and is still waiting to hear .. too late!

I have telephoned to make a complaint on her behalf; the complaints dept were closed so I left a message, 2 months later I am still waiting for a reply

Communications are dreadful, complaints are ignored and modules opted for have been changed to ones that bear no similarity to what was opted for.

This has to be the worst masters course I have ever come across

I feel that the University of Warwick is rightly placed in the league tables and encourages students to make the most of campus experience. I can only praise the professors who mentored me. I am happy with the services, estate and operations. I liked the colourful vibes and youthful atmosphere.

Marry Xmas to my Warwick University fellows as well, I love Warwick University, they have unconventional approaches to teaching and learning for individuals. they love educating nation.
