The staff at Warren's Carpet were very friendly and tried to be accomodating. I think our floor was installed by an independent contractor who was also very nice. When some problems arose with the installation, the contractor promised to return on two occasions and never did. After contacting Warren's, the work was finally finished by a Warren's employee. I felt that, when I had complaints, someone from Warren's (probably Warren) should have come to my house and look at the problems. We love the flooring we selected and feel the price was fair for the work done.

Had a great experience with Warren's. They installed a great looking carpet and they worked with us to make sure it was installed within the time frame we needed. Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with Warren's Carpet and the owner Warren. Promises, promises, promises and nothing is done. I had my whole house done so obviously not a small job by any means. I was told it would be a one day installation and it turned into the entire weekend which meant our move in date had to change. This cost me extra money in storage fees since the entire house was completely empty. I had noticed that the carpet was not completely glued, tacked down and several seams which I didn't like so I called them. This is about 3 weeks in from being installed. I was told someone would come out May 27th between 3-5 to fix the issues. LIES…. I not only changed my holiday weekend plans to get this fixed they never showed up. I called Warren's and was told the owner was on vacation and they couldn't get ahold of him. Oh nice he didn't have to change his plans around…. I was contacted by the installer and he told me that the owner told him he could come any Friday between those hours? REALLY I am suppose to sit home every Friday between those hours wondering if someone will show up? WHO IS GOING TO DO THIS? NOT ME… So Warren called and said he would send a different installer to fix issue. This installer shows up and calls Warren and tells him he can't fix all of these issues in the allotted time. So yet another appointment is made. This time they show up and again they are unable to fix the issues the other installer did. They call the owner and he will stop by and take a look. So…yet another appointment yes this makes 6 so far that I am sitting home waiting for someone from Warren's to fix the issues. So on June 21st Warren shows up and decides the entire hallway needs to be redone. He leaves and says he will call me later that day with an installation day. A week later and I haven't heard from him at all. Why do they think it is ok for the homeowner to sit home and wait after paying thousands of dollars for the carpet. Why am I still waiting for the owner to contact me about a carpet installation date? Why do you think my time is not valuable? Why………because you already have all of my money so you don't give a crap about the homeowner now. I am still waiting to hear about the installation of my hallway and exactly what you are willing to do for me since I am the one who has been inconvenienced several times and still waiting. To say your customer service is bad is an understatement. Let's get your crap together and take care of the ones who trusted you to do the right thing in the first place………..WAITING………...

I would recommend Warren's. I enjoyed working with them, they were knowledgeable and were able to work with my budget.

WE HAD 2 RUGS PUT IN AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB!! I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS.

We have a restaurant business. We wanted to fix the floor and we wanted to go with a company so we will have decent installation. Dining room came out fine . Kitchen linoleum was left with bubbles. Men bathroom not leveled and the hallway is the biggest part. One tile is broken . Finishing not professional and all our customers can see the difference . Now everybody know about the source of this bad work. The installer they sent , all we heard from him were F words on a daily basis. He never stopped from using this word . The owner Warren promised us to send the installer to fix the hallway and the bubble nobody showed up. He told us 3 times he is going to send somebody or he is coming at 3 o'clock to check the floor, he hold us every time without any excuse and he ended up being a liar .
I took pictures and ready to take them to court because the job they did is not worse the big amount of money I paid
And the linoleum I ordered was different than the one they installed but I had to take it because of them taking at least 5 more days to get the right one. Now everybody should know with who u will be dealing . My friend wanted to go with them for her kitchen floor because she lives in north tonawanda , she changed her mind and she was aware of their bad customer service.

Had an appointment set called to make sure they didn't forget about me was told they would call when they was on their way so at 430 I decided to call and see what was going on since they closed at 530 they never answered the phone if they closed early due to the weather you would think they would have called their customers after all I had my whole living room cleared out here it is Sunday and I have yet to hear from them I will never deal with warrens carpet nor will I recommend them to anyone they won't get my business

I needed to replace the carpet in front of my counter tops and refrigerator. I brought in the old one to be used for a pattern. The was a spot on the old one where the binding had started to separate from the carpet itself. Unfortunately, the blemish was incorporated into the new piece of carpet. I would have expected that something so noticeable would have been corrected. Who has a 6" bubble in a straight line section of carpet?

I had a wonderful, professional experience dealing with the staff at the store and at my home. I would highly recommend Warren's Carpet One!!

Good service easy to work with

I picked out a remnant that needed to be shortened and they never shortened it. So I discovered it after I had gotten home and it didn't fit in the room. I had to take it back and they did fix it at no charge. I also had a runner installed in my front hall and stairs. It was suppose to be bound along the sides, they did not bind it yet I was charged for the binding. It also took the installer much longer because it was not cut prior and the installer had to use alot of tacks to put it in. It looks alright but I feel it could look better if it was done they way I was told it would be done. They never followed up with me about getting the doors cut, I had to call them. Basically overall the customer service it just not there. I have since found a different place with just as many remnants to choose from and better $$.

I've used them before, did not show up on day they said. Tried again with another property, showed up late, quality of work this time was not good. Will be getting carpeting in another property soon, needless to say I will NOT be using them. Communication is not good, and the floor installed in the kitchen is definitely not professional. Carpet seems ok, bathroom floor is good. For the price, I feel I should be happy, really was not.

Warren's is a trustworthy, honest company with reliable employees who make dealing with them a pleasure.Just an easy company to work with, who carry quality products that they stand behind.

We visited the store because I spilled red nail polish on a oatmeal color berber carpet...needless to say....had to replace the carpet. We visited the store, was greeted by two associates, who showed us the remnant options based upon the size room. The staff are knowledgeable and no pressure, we went home, re-measured to make sure we had the size correct and returned to the store for the purchase. My husband has commented many times that he wishes we had that same carpet throughout the house because it's absolutely beautiful in color, nap and wear. GREAT STORE & SUPERIOR STAFF

Our new floor is really nice but the installers were very irresponsible. They were over two hours late arriving, in the process of installation put gouges in the walls all around the room more than a foot higher than the floor! Warren himself came to inspect damage and said it wasn't their fault but he would fix it. On repair date same guys showed up FIVE hours late and claimed someone did the damage to make them look bad but no one was there between the time they left and 45 minutes later when we showed up to check their work before making final payment. They bought the same paint that was used on walls to fix them and said they just paid 90 dollars for it when I knew for a fact that it's only 50,less if on sale! We have used Wardens in the past but after this experience we will go elsewhere for carpet and flooring needs. With regard to owner response below, your discount offer should have been made on this purchase not on a future one. Would have gone a long way in changing our decision not to do business with your company in the future. As sorry as we were about the death of one of your installers, we think your replacements were completely irresponsible both in the initial install and in the repair of damages they caused.

Warren has been our go to guy for years. We have never been disappointed with the quality of the carpet. He has great guys that install it.
Very professional and polite. We have had our residence and several commercial places done for us.

We are loving our new kitchen floor. Thanks to Dave who did a "perfect" job in such a short amount of time. Also, thanks to Carla for showing us the "NEW" vinyl tile. We never would have chosen vinyl without her help & recommendation. We truly would recommend this company to everyone who is interested in new floors.

Installer showed up on time. Product was correct. Neat and clean installation. I wild definitely use warrens again and recommend to everyone.
