Smooth and easy transaction

Smooth and easy transaction, haven’t had to make a claim at this stage, fingers crossed I don’t have too, would have given 5* if it had been a little cheaper 😊

Just to clarify, the warranty company’s RRP for your cover is $3,442 (excluding Roadside Assistance).
We’ve structured our website to provide full transparency on warranty options and to pass on discounted pricing wherever possible. Had you had purchased this through a motor vehicle dealer, the cost would have been substantially higher.

In addition, as part of your policy, we included FREE Roadside Assistance for the full term of the warranty at a RRP of $450 —something we provide at no extra cost to add more value and peace of mind for our customers.

We truly appreciate your support and your honest comments, and we hope your warranty continues to give you confidence on the road without the need to claim.

Value for Money

I got this product for my car about a year ago and the process worked very well. I recommended it to my housemate when his truck came out of warranty this month. Again, process easy and information easy to get and very clear. While I’ve had no claims (fortunately), I feel the product is comprehensive and reasonably priced for the coverage. Scott was extremely helpful last year and again this time.

I have always used an extended 'repair'…

We apologise for any inconvenience you experienced with the recent changes to one of our warranty providers policy.
Their adjustment to a mandatory 90-day wait period was implemented due to a recent change in their underwriting guidelines.
We did however offer you a full refund of the policy cost or the option to move your coverage to another provider who could offer the 1-day coverage as requested.
Please contact our customer service team if you have any additional concerns.

VW Golf Mk6 warranty purchase

Easy to use online form. Scott was amazing - answered any questions we had before completing our warranty policy purchase. Simple and easy. Hope not to make a claim but given the reviews of AWN, we trust in the event we do need to make a warranty claim, that it will be seamless as per the reviews and information provided.
