I had a quick question about shipping and support replied with clear steps. The silk goose down comforter arrived and feels well made, and it's been comfortable to sleep with. Overall a smooth experience.

The quality is amazing and it's super soft and fluffy, but honestly, it's a bit hot for me. I woke up sweating. If you freeze at night you'll love it, but for me it's just too much heat.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the color isn't as gray as I expected - it looks a little more khaki. That said, it still works well with our decor. The comforter itself is very comfortable and soft, and we're happy with it.

I ordered 2 twin comforters, that when they finally arrived, were literally larger than my queen comforters, but they were virtually flat - no fill at all. The cover was slippery & nasty feeling. I immediately boxed up the one I'd opened in the packaging it came in, & tried to contact "Warmy&Tummy" ~ but no human contact whatsoever was available to give return instructions. Am most anxious to get these items in the return process.

Really disappointed! There isn't enough down in a square to put a single layer of down across the whole square. I did all the fluff it up tricks. No joy. It isn't the size of the comforter (full/queen) that is the issue here. It is how much down is IN EACH SQUARE. There is no way the individual amount is adequate to even call this a blanket. The down - soft - fabulous -- amount per individual square not close to even OK. Return it? seems there are issues with that...It arrived vacuum crushed -- and even after a dryer fluff little difference. No clue how to vacuum crush it to return it. UPDATE I reached out to their care team, describing what clearly must be a quality control issue as no two squares were evenly packed. I was open to any option. A replacement is on its way with an upgrade!

Customer service is responsive to inquiries, but shipping or being able to track shipping is really important when creating the order to instill confidence. My order took 18 business days in transit, (placed 12/7, delivered 12/31), which is a long time, since Standard Shipping is supposed to be 6-10 business days. I would choose expedited shipping if I were to do it again. What really troubled me was Tooexpress tracking only updating every 3-4 days, and even that was a day or so behind, and contacting them did not yield answers from their bot or cs email. But, the comforter I received is good quality and value.

I purchased 2 of the all season down comforters with linen exterior. They are plush and super comfy. Ordered them in a full/ queen size, using them for 2 full beds. The length is great-- draping over the bed a good amount, not too long. My household loves them!

Even though I paid extra to have the item delivered more quickly and in plenty of time for Christmas to the house of the recipient while I was visiting, it arrived well after Christmas because the company delayed getting it to the shipper for several days. The recipient likes it, but I am disappointed that I couldn't present it in person, wrapped, and in a timely manner.

It took a very long time to receive this blanket and when I did...the fabric feels like plastic. It is definitely not a natural fiber. I am trying to return, but apparently they only offer donation-based returns. I wish that was clearly stated someplace on the website.

I'm disappointed - I ordered a Light Down Comforter but received an All Season instead. It's too warm, so I'm returning it.

One of the corner ties is missing - it was never sewn on, so the comforter doesn't stay in place.

The down comforter is super soft and smooth and light, very cozy to just hold on, only it didn't hold too well after washing with inconsistent fillings due to dislocation. Customer service is awesome addressing the issue by helping tips etc and also processed quickly for refund

The cotton is very soft and feels great. I expected it to have more goose down, so it's a bit thinner than I thought, but the material itself is excellent.

Very nice cooling blankets. Light weight and cool.

Shipping was fast, and the comforter is good quality - even my dog loves it!

This duvet is great - surprisingly lightweight yet warm.

Customer service was super helpful when I had questions. Now that I have the comforter, it feels well worth the price.
