I ordered some lights for over my island. They are great! I actually had a fixture broken and they were prompt to send it out to replace it. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I had a great experience with this company. They are quick to respond to questions and eager to please. While the pendant lights we purchased took a while to arrive, they came securely packed and are beautiful. So glad to have found this company!

Fraudsters in every respect. If you order a light fixture, you're getting electric cords with cheap light bulbs shipped in from China in chicken crates. This company needs to be banned from importing to the US. After 6 months of battle I got my refund for purchases towards corporate interior design on the company card and Warmly retaliated by contacting my company saying I intimidated them. Homeland security should test all Warmly's products for bio-toxins. Your products are "intimating"

I ordered four lamps in April 2020 for approx. 670 EUR and at first it seemed like a lovely experience - a nice, (seemingly) personal 'thank you' email and a fast dispatch of goods.

Right after, unfortunately, everything went wrong. At first, I received two parcels coming from China for which I had to pay 30 EUR of custom fees in cash to FedEx - something which was never mentioned by Warmlydecor before (free shipping!). To make things worse, the parcels contained wrong goods. I contacted Warmly and, to my relief, got the 30 EUR charged refunded to my PayPal account, which I had used for the initial payment.

When the right parcels were delivered a couple of days later, FedEx requested me to pay another 170 EUR for custom fees in cash in order to receive them. I did that, thinking that they would also be refunded. Well - they never were. The lamps were of such minor quality that instead of 670 EUR they were worth 67 EUR at most. They were mostly made of plastic, wires were loose and unprotected, the varnish was applied sloppily and the the drill holes in the lamps were inaccurate and uneven, so that the bulbs would never have been centered in the lamps. They even used packinging from other products.
As we were completely unhappy, we informed Warmlydecor that we wanted to return the goods.

To keep a long story short: all our emails and requests were answered in generic ways, never relating to any issue particular to our case. We firmly believe that these emails are generated by Chat-Bots or something similar - there is certainly no-one concerned with your matter. Instead of sending a return label, Warmly immediately said they wanted to resolve this via PayPal. Unfortunately PayPal simply informed us that the vendor offers to refund the money (of course, without the custom fees, as they were paid in cash) as long as we return the goods at our own expenses to the US. When we pointed out that Warmly guarantees 100% free return on their website, PayPal simply said this wasn't binding. We checked the return options with different parcel services which were between 300-600 EUR minimum, with additional customs fees to be paid by us. As we had already about 850 EUR at risk, we said this is no option and asked for another solution. They gave us none.

We are sure that this is the business model of this Warmlydecor: sending low value products to customers knowing that returning the goods at their own expenses is unaffordable. Shame on this so-called company and also on PayPal for covering such fraudulent practices!

For your own sake - refrain from buying from Warmlydecor at all cost.

I really like me new recess light would like to order more

Had a terrible experience, ordered Nordic Moon Light, paid for it, received a confirmation email advising that the light was being prepared for shipment. After 4 weeks emailed regarding when I would receive the light, and was told it was shipped. After 5 weeks, received another email advised that it was not in stock, would I like another light, and was told I had to wait another 5 weeks. Terrible service, first and last time will be using this Company

My name Linda, I order #7167 chargeable electric scooty( yellow) from company on March 4, 2021. When I got email from them it was under ORDERED GIFTS. When I checked my account. It was under WARMLYDECOR.N Contact them email recently to find out where was my product because, the tracking number # A3E9E4D5FE250E5 they gave me was not going through. And instead, they changed tracking info in Chinese. Gave me wrong tracking number. Also they change there website DERED G...Where I ordered the scooter from...They changed to Chinese website also. They didnt bother to contact me at all but happily took my money. I will report you to BBB for fraud. INSTEAD of avoiding people you should reply back and give me back my $80.90.......

My experience with warmly has not been pleasant. I purchased a beautiful light for my kitchen. When we hung the light, it appeared to be a short in the light. The light would turn on and off by itself. I contacted the company to make them aware of the default in the light. Due to the timeframe of my purchase, I was told the return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. I paid $200 for the light, and I have a light that does not work properly. This is not good customer service. I sent several emails and we went back and forth for days to be told "SORRY" there is nothing we can do. I would not refer this company or purchase any other items. Take care of your customers.

This is not a legitimate company, they can only be described as fraudsters.

I purchased some wall fixings from Warmly over a year ago for approximately £702.

Despite constant chasing and attempts to contact warmly, they never turned up and I was never able to get hold of anyone to get an update on what was happening with it.

Are the products actually real? or is this all just a big scam to steal peoples hard earned money? I suspect the latter.

The biggest p*ss take about Warmly, is that despite stealing my money, never sending the products I purchased and completely Ignoring me when contacting them to discuss my order, I still receive sales messages from them with discounts, which thank me for my 'continued custom'

I think it goes without saying, I wont be falling for this scam again.

I bought house numbers through Warmly Decor. They were just as expected and looked exactly like the photos. Really nice. There where however a lot of problems with the delivery and the parcel was stuck at customs and then at the transporter. When I finally could locate it, it was on its way back to the warehouse. Marc @ WD was super fast and helpful, created a new order and got the process going again. But a delivery time of three months for two house numbers the size of 15 cm each is too long.
So, the stars are for the product and the service. Delivery performance needs to improve.

Dieser Shop ist ein einziger Betrug. Ich warte seit über zwei Monaten auf die Lieferung die immer noch nicht vollständig ist. Die bisher erhaltenen Produkte sind billigste Qualität zu überhöhten Preisen auch wenn man alle Prozente abzieht sind sie das Geld bei weitem nicht wert. Der Rücksendeprozess der erhaltenen Waren ist seit drei Wochen nicht möglich da keine Formulare bereitgestellt werden.
Lassen sie sich nicht von den tollen Bildern der Webseite und Corona-Entschuldigungen täuschen. Dieser Shop gehört auf die schwarze Liste.

very very bad and very expensive prices don't ever buy from it

I spent a small fortune on goods ordered in Oct 2020. They took 6 weeks to arrive, in several shipments. Some items were damaged due to very poor packaging, not only that, but in general I was disappointed by the quality, given that the website conveys a luxury, high quality feel with expensive prices to match! In hindsight, I should have checked these trustpilot reviews before placing my order..... Amazon has similar items for a quarter of the price...
I asked to return the goods for a full refund, to which the reply came they would offer a 25% discount. Not good enough in my opinion. I am wondering, is it even possible to return the goods, which were shipped directly from China, and for some of which I had to pay additional customs charges????

My beautiful tap arrived as per delivery timescales given. Very happy experience.

I bought a lampshade on May 1st 2020. After 4 months I received a little discount for the delay on shipping the item. But today, February 2nd, 2021 I never received the item and I'm waiting the refund by 2 months. They don't answer to the refund request via mail.

Having waited over two months to get a light from China, it was delivered with the wrong drop. But to be fair to Warmly, they said that they would make a complete refund. The reality is a partial refund, and only false promises to refund the rest. Beware!!
