What a set of superb quality minis!

Fantastic communications when requesting additional miniatures. When miniatures received, they are super strong (have had recent bad experiences with other 3D printed miniatures being received broken or broken when removed from supports). Detail is amazing on all miniatures and a couple of extra little dudes included free of charge! Fantastic service!

Good quality minis delivered in a timely manner. My only gripe is that they don't fit in the slots of the provided bases. I had to do quite a bit of filing.

Placed a custom order for 343 individually printed 3D models from 77 different types of units (including some terrain and larger size creatures) in 10mm scale from their catalogue, most of it Forest Dragon Sculpt. Also requested a custom model in 12mm scale that they generated Supports for.

After some lengthy shipping time. which was due to being international delivery that ran into local postage issues, the model order arrived securely packed such that there was no damage. Everything I ordered was included, in fact there was even a few extras, and most impressively all 117 variation requests I made for certain models was adhered to exactly.

Although the cost was high compared to other similar services, the print quality and service getting my order put together was excellent which is why I went with them over others. The AmeraLabs TGM-7 resin used for most minis is the absolute best choice for this scale as despite its high price it ensures fine detail and sturdy flexibility. I'm not sure what 3D printer is used or under what settings, but there was no visible print quality issues with any of the models.

Overall I had a fantastic experience ordering 3D printed minis through them, with only the high cost and shipping length as an issue which I knew before placing my order. Would recommend to anyone looking to have 3D prints made for them. I will likely be placing another order with them in the future, hopefully once they add more artist sculpts to their offered units.
