ordered a $200 foot spa. We received an amazon package that had a $30 foot spa in it. Of course, we didn't look at the terrible reviews until after the fact. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Total scam. Sent a crap product. Warped wood and screws that didn’t fit the purpose. No response from emails and the number doesn’t lead to talking to anyone.

Avoid this vendor. I never received the product I ordered, there was no response to my emails, and when I called, once I listened to the French message, I received another message (in English) that the mailbox was full and could not take a message. I suppose I will eat the sunk funds and walk away much wiser than when I made my purchase. Very disappointing.

I purchased a product and they sent the wrong color and also it’s taken weeks to get response empty phone calls no response then I send an email and it waits a week to get a response. This place is horrible. They need to be shut down and out of business and I’m gonna report them to the Better Business Bureau immediately They’re Skanks.

My granddaughter chose an archery set for her birthday from their absolutely beautiful catalog. After 30 days and several assurances that it was on the way, it never arrived. Two weeks after her birthday, a final email said it would arrive in 24 hours. It was delivered from Amazon, where it cost $35 less than I paid at Warehouse Choice, who advertised the set as 50%off a $150 archery set.

I would give no stars if I could. The product I bought had different specifications than the description. It was allegedly returnable but they haven’t retuned 3 emails and 3 phone calls—it goes straight to a French voicemail box that’s always full.

Do not use this company! They sent me an item that I didn’t order and they wanted me to keep it at a 50% discount, so that my family could enjoy it bc the process to return is too long. I disputed with my credit card as they have my money and the product I sent back.
Crappy company as I couldn’t use the other word.

If I had a way to give them no stars I would. Can't get in touch with anyone saying voicemail is full I have email several times still no response days later. Still trying to do refund due to wrong item showing on picture. Have even went on their Facebook and messaged them there. Bad for business.

I cannot find out how to return a product which they claim is eligible for 28 days. Since they are in Montreal and I am in Colorado I assume the shipping costs will be ridiculous. I just tried phoning them but of course voicemail is full.

I ordered an indoor/outdoor ping pong table. Once I removed the contents of the box there were clear signs on it that it was indoor use only. I tried to contact them multiple times with no answer. It's now been a week with no answer. This was a gift for my son and I do not have an indoor area for the table. What a huge disappointment!!

Terrible company. Fraudulent. No phone to contact them. I ordered a back massager. Not what it said on their website. Tried to return it. Won't send return label. They expect me to pay to send it to CANADA. Ha Canceling transaction with my CC. NEVER use this company. It's a scam. You cannot even submit a review without sending your personal info on line.

I ordered a ping pong table for outdoors and they sent me one for indoors only. It warped after being in a shaded area outside for a few hours. I have emailed customer service and called and the voicemail box is in french and full. Nobody is returning my calls. What a total waste of $249. Such crooks. do not purchase anything from here!

A “waterproof” ping-pong table that I ordered was actually not for outdoor use so before even removing it from the box, I re-packaged it and attempted to contact the seller to return it by email & by phone. I left a voicemail in French and English and the second time I found the mailbox was full. My emails have not been answered and I have no recourse, a few hundred dollars lost, and a useless giant box in my garage waiting to be returned. It has been 8 days. I hate to leave a bad review as it can ruin a business, but this is not a proper business. I will contact the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible horrible!Worst service ever!!First My order was shipped to the wrong address,week later I received a completely different item,which much cheaper. I emailed the seller and didn’t get any explanation.

What a horrible operation. I ordered an outdoor pizza oven. They delivered it to a house in Colorado. I live in Nee York. When I asked where my product was, they said it was delivered. I said yes, to a home in Colorado!! They told me I would have mine the following Monday. It never showed up. I asked for a refund. They refunded my money minus $25. I sent several emails telling them I wanted a full refund. They will not answer me. How do you charge a customer $25 when the error is on the company’s end and the consumer receives nothing??? It is beyond frustrating and unethical!!

I ordered a Foosball table and they sent me the wrong product. I received no responses to my email requesting a refund.

Their website states: And There is No restocking fee. Return shipping will be covered by warehouseschoice and all refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days ( not including holidays or weekends) of receipt of returned products. They received my items on Dec. 13th and finally credited me on Dec. 30th, but they charged me a $20 fee even though their site clearly states otherwise.

The product I received looked used. It was just rolling around in the box with no packaging. I emailed them and they immediately responded with ways to solve the issue. The customer service rep was delightful and I would still order from them again based on my interaction.
