From 300 to 5,000 orders a month and still growing

I run a hair care products business, and expanding into European markets felt like a wall until I partnered with Wapi. I came to them in early 2025 processing around 300 orders a month and honestly wasn't sure how to scale in geographies I didn't fully understand.
Wapi's knowledge of European logistics and consumer behavior was the real unlock. We launched in Spain, Italy, and Slovakia, and the growth was real — we recently crossed 5,000 orders per month across all three markets.
I'll be honest: the beginning wasn't flawless. Cash-on-delivery redemption rates in Spain were lower than expected at first. But instead of just shrugging, Wapi's team worked with us to switch courier partners, and the improvement came quickly. That kind of proactive problem-solving is rare.
Special thanks to our manager Sevil — she knows the business inside out, responds fast, and genuinely cares about outcomes. She's been a huge part of why this partnership works.

Billing opacity, misrepresentation, and withdrawal of contracted services

We are a small e-commerce brand that moved our entire fulfilment operation to WAPI based on services and integrations they confirmed in writing before contract signing.

Over several months we have experienced a consistent pattern of issues that has severely impacted our business.

Before signing, WAPI confirmed full automatic Shopify integration with InPost Paczkomat was available.

This turned out to be false - confirmed directly by InPost. Customer orders were subsequently fulfilled via the wrong carrier due to WAPI's internal IT communication failures, which they admitted in writing.

On billing, we have experienced: a negotiated DPD rate that was never applied (81 orders charged at the wrong rate), man-hour charges that vary wildly with no transparency or consistency - the same task charged at 20 minutes one month and a full hour the next - and additional charges applied to shipments without any prior disclosure.

When we requested basic information to understand and verify these charges, WAPI refused to provide it.
Most recently, WAPI has unilaterally withdrawn a core warehouse service - opening boxes and making stock available as single units for fulfilment.

This was done with no notice and no viable alternative offered.

We have proposed fair and transparent solutions at every stage. Each time we are met with changing versions, undisclosed conditions, or outright refusal.

We would not recommend WAPI to any e-commerce business that requires transparency, reliability, and contractual integrity from a fulfilment partner.

InPost Paczkomat integration
At the time of signing, our integration with InPost Paczkomat was active on our side. The limitation encountered was related to Shopify. To support your operations, we offered a third-party workaround tailored to your setup.

Incorrect carrier fulfillment
As this was a custom solution, we recommended testing it before going live. Unfortunately, live orders were processed before successful testing, which led to the issues described.

DPD rate discrepancy
As part of our cooperation, we provided you with a discounted DPD rate to support your business and help optimize your shipping costs. During the initial setup, the default pricing was applied in error. Once this was identified, we promptly recalculated all affected orders and issued a credit note to fully reflect the agreed discounted rates.

Transparency of charges
The services requested (including opening B2B shipments and preparing items for individual fulfilment) fall under custom warehouse handling, which is billed based on time spent. These processes may vary depending on the specifics of each delivery, which is why fixed pricing is not always possible.

Lack of notice / alternatives
To help streamline operations and reduce manual handling, we offered an alternative solution involving separate B2B and B2C product setups with dedicated barcodes, enabling a more automated process.

General approach
Throughout our cooperation, we aimed to communicate processes, limitations, and available solutions as clearly as possible, while offering practical ways forward within our operational framework.

We truly value our partners and remain open to continuing a constructive dialogue to resolve any outstanding concerns.

Expand and enjoy profits

We started working with WAPI at Feb 2023 to improve our e-commerce logistics in Europe, and honestly, it's been a game-changer for our business. Our main goals were to speed up delivery times and handle fulfillment for nutraceutical products, which require a lot of attention to detail. WAPI really gets the specifics of working with supplements - from storage requirements to fast and accurate order processing. Our primary objectives included reducing delivery times by 25%, increasing order accuracy to 99%!

What’s been super helpful is their software dashboard. It’s user-friendly and gives us all the data we need to make better decisions and stay on top of stock levels. We’ve also seen a 30% boost in delivery efficiency and reduced errors in order handling. Their numerous integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce etc.) have made it easy to connect with other platforms we use, which has saved us a ton of time.

We’re now planning to expand to new markets, including Bulgaria and Poland, and WAPI will definitely be part of that journey. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a smart, reliable logistics partner!
