We had a great vacation thanks to Wanderful Holidays! The attentiveness to details, communication and follow ups were extremely professional and helpful. They did all the thinking for us so we totally enjoyed our trip!

A very nice and responsive team. They gave helpful daily updates, and were very accommodating for my mother who is a bit older and not as fast with technology. It was a great experience and the team took the time to alter a few details to fit into our tight travel schedule. Would recommend!

The Wanderful Holidays team were very helpful and had all activities very well planned. We only had one minor glitch with a transfer and this was quickly resolved. The accommodation was very good, particularly in Johannesburg and Kruger park. The drivers were excellent throughout the trip and acted like tour guides. We especially enjoyed the cultural village in Jo’burg, the safari in Kruger park, and Table Mountain in Cape Town. My only concern was that we had too much free time particularly in Capetown. As our hotel was located in a very unsafe area, we could not freely walk around without getting an Uber. However there were plenty of activities to book ourselves. I would definitely recommend travelling with the Wanderful Holidays LLC

Standard Buenas Aires/ Iguazu Falls/ Rio de Janiero tour.
The team is helpful especially with all my concerns, it’s easy to message them and the reply is quick, Kudos especially to Rose Amanda, Wendy and Lily.
I requested for 2 twin beds and we got it 🙏.
The Hotel Locations were centrally located in the city and we were able to walk especially in Buenas Aires and Rio de Janiero.
NH Buenas Aires 9 de Julio hotel- great location, the only concern I noticed is the air conditioning is really not working well, if I’m not mistaken it is set at 24 degrees Celsius and we were there during those warm days. Breakfast is okay.

Taroba Hotel, there is a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good especially the fruit sections.
I noticed it is noisy during the early hours from 6pm to around 10pm, there is some Karoake( singing ) going on and it is loud and very difficult to sleep even with the earplugs on.

B and B Hotel Rio de Janiero Copacabana
I like the location of the hotel, walking distance to the Copacabana and a good walk to the Ipanema beach. A lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast is also good , I enjoyed the fresh fruits.
The problem is because we are in 2nd floor and in front of of the busy Rua Francisco Octaviano street, it’s really loud and noisy not only hearing people yelling but also the traffic noise is overwhelming at night. The Balcony really is not a plus, it’s small, no chairs and is not well kept.
I haven’t had the chance to be in the room without the balcony but it’s probably a better option to be away from the noisy streets below.
I understand that Wendy tried to ask for a room change but it was not granted… thank you for trying.
Otherwise the day tours in Buenas Aires, Iguazu Falls and Rio de Janiero were excellent. We enjoyed the experience… Roberta from Rio de Janiero day tour was great! Also grateful for the drivers, they really make sure that we are safe.
Special mention to the driver that drove us from our Rio de Janiero hotel to the international airport, thank you so much for picking us earlier than what was scheduled, the driver came at 4:05pm instead of 4:30pm and it works well for the traffic was bad that afternoon, it took us 1 hour and 35 minutes to arrived at the airport.

The free lunch in Rio de Janiero- excellent choice for the restaurant, Carretao! We enjoyed the Brazilian grilled food!

All in all we enjoyed the experience.

Our trip was absolutely unforgettable! We’re still talking about it two weeks later. From the moment we arrived, every single detail exceeded our expectations. There was someone waiting for us for each thing we booked, every arrival, no issues and amazing communication the whole time. It took all the stress of typical travel we’re used to away. The trip itself was incredible, the falls were absolutely breathtaking and our guide made everything seamless. Enjoying natural beauty is even better when things are seamless haha. The activities were diverse and so fun (again without the typical hassles of getting there etc.), and the local culture of each country left a lasting impression. The accommodations were so lovely, we were offered upgrades which we decided to do and again it was all handled so seemingly effortlessly which is how you know people are working hard to make your experience special. The whole team at Wanderful Holidays (people we will never even know) went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also had the chance to explore some hidden gems that we would never have discovered on our own. Overall, it was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and immersion in the local lifestyle. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a truly amazing experience! Most importantly I recommend the company because even when/if things go awry you can absolutely count on them to help and that’s the main thing in my mind while traveling. Thank you!! We asked if this was a group tour,we were told it was but this was wrong and we only had 2 group outing both with different groups. The rest of the time it was just the 2 of us. Every day we would get an updated schedule,change of hotel,change of flight,different pick up time etc. This involved a lot of waiting around in hotels and airports. It also felt like we were being down graded all the time. Overall the trip was good but won:t use wanderful again.

My wife and I went on the 18-day South America: Glaciers, Water Falls, & World Wonders tour.

The tour covers a lot of geography in three countries in a relatively short period, but in a well-paced manner. We never felt rushed. The tour combines scheduled excursions with free time in a balanced manner that gives members the time and confidence to spend more time at the same or new sites.

As you can imagine, coordinating such a trip can be complex, but Wanderful Holidays was up to the challenge. The service level provided by all the head office and local guides was superb. Rose and Lily in particular were excellent. They provided clear, timely, and detailed instructions all the time and whenever a small glitch occurred, which was rare, they promptly addressed it.

Some suggestions for improvement would be to arrive in Rio de Janeiro (from Iquazu) at mid-day or early afternoon instead of late in the evening; don’t fly with discount airlines (the seats are far too small and have no leg room); although we stayed in four-star hotels, and upgraded to a five-star hotel in Rio, some of them did not reflect the ratings. NOI Indigo Pategonia in Puerto Natales and the Hilton in Rio fell into this category. In the former case, some of the amenities were not available and in the latter case, although the location was great, the room we stayed in was well-worn and in dire need of an upgrade.

One note to those trying to decide between the Brazilian or Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls: They complement one another, as the Brazil side views the Falls from below, whereas the Argentina side views the Falls from above. Also note that when we went, the humidity was punishing (38-degrees Celsius). We did the Brazil side in the morning and were afforded cover by trees; at this time of day, you are not covered on the Argentina side.

We just returned last week from a Wanderful 21 days in South America. Wendy, Rose, Lily et al did a great job with arranging everything, including some customization – adding São Paulo to the start of our trip and a few extra days in Rio onto the end of our trip. Most of the hotels were great and the day trips we had were with reputable local providers. We didn’t have much time to plan, so really appreciated having everything organized for us. Communication was great - having just done a similar tour across Australia a few months ago with a different company, Wanderful was much better with handling logistics for us. There are a few things I would have done differently with the extra time we had - perhaps researching Machu Picchu in advance (there are different circuits that limit where you can go), an extra day or two in Cusco so we could fit in rainbow mountain and an extra day or two in Buenos Aires so we could have done a day trip to Montevideo. We did have a free day in Iguaçu, so we were able to fit in a day trip to Paraguay ourselves. When we did have issues with tour operators, Wanderful were quick to assist and I can’t stress how great that was. I do wish that bookings had been handled a bit further in advance - we only received our detailed itinerary a few days before our trip which I would have preferred at least 10 days prior. I think the only mistake they seemed to make was requesting single beds when they booked our accommodation. They did try to rectify this after the fact, which worked at some of the hotels, so I haven’t let this affect my rating of their service.

We had such an amazing time on our fabulous vacation in Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls and Rio ! I highly recommend this tour ! It was the perfect combination of city, jungle and beach vacation. Communication with Wanderful Holidays was top-notch. We always heard back very quickly whenever we asked a question with responses from Wendy M, Rose Amanda, Lily, Sam and others on the team. All the tour guides or drivers picked us up exactly at the indicated time. WhatsApp was used for communication and we were messaged a day in advance of each tour or transfer confirming the times and any details. We felt we were very well taken care of during this vacation.

In Buenos Aires we stayed at NH Buenos Aires 9 de Julio which was beautiful with a rooftop pool and bar. Gisela was our tour guide for a combination walking, bus and subway tour. She had excellent knowledge having been a tour guide for 30 years and showed us many parts of the beautiful city. We used Uber often for getting around on our free days which was inexpensive and very convenient. We also paid for the optional dinner tango show at El Querandi which was outstanding ! It included a 3 course dinner and a bottle of wine for the table. Highly recommended!

When we landed in Iguazu Falls we chose to take the optional Argentinian side of the Falls tour being picked up directly from the airport and driven to the Falls. Our personal guide was Jim (Jamil) who did such a wonderful job showing us the falls. The next day we toured the Brazilian side of the Falls. By comparison, the Argentinian side had more falls but more walkways in direct sunlight. The Brazilian side had a nicer view and more shaded walkways. I am glad we chose to do both sides. Those falls were stupendous! On the Brazilian side we ended with lunch and drinks at the restaurant with a view of the Falls. The Sanma Hotel resort was stunning, they greeted us with glasses of champagne ! Also loved their huge breakfast buffet.

Next on to Rio, my main reason for booking this trip. Wow ! 😁 Such an unbelievably beautiful location with friendly people! We were told to be careful of our phones and purses before we arrived but we had no issues at all and felt very safe. We stayed at Arena Copacabana Hotel, a beautiful hotel near the center of Copacabana Beach with a rooftop pool and bar. Loved it ! Right along the beach there were many small beach bars and restaurants with live music or DJs, perfect ! We opted for the extra dinner and Samba show and went to an amazing rodizio restaurants with tons of rotating meat brought to our table as well as a great salad bar including seafood and pasta. We also found the Samba Ginga tropical show to be very entertaining. The next day our full day tour guide was Joriam who had many many years of experience and showed us Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf as well as other parts of the city, wow, so very impressive ! The "lunch" ended up being a meal at the end of the tour at 4PM which was probably late for some. We had a huge breakfast at our hotel so we were just starting to get hungry. We also found it amusing that the 4PM lunch was at the same restaurant we were at the night before for the rodizio meat. It was a very good restaurant so we were happy to be back again. I couldn't say more great things about this vacation, I absolutely loved it ! Felt sad to go home.

We went on the 18 day Glaciers, Water Falls & World Wonders tour. With over 18,000 miles flown from our home in the Pacific Northwest and 2 bus trips, we often times didn’t know if we were coming or going. Wanderful Holidays took care of all the details with our airline boarding passes, bus tickets, pickups to and from airports and hotels and our accommodations. On our one small snafu, I texted Rose Amanda and she got back to me within 20 seconds and the problem was fixed within 20 minutes. The food was excellent, the hotels great and it was the perfect combination of natural wonders and beautiful cosmopolitan cities, especially Rio and Copacabana Beach. We would recommend Wanderful Holidays to anyone looking for a fun, carefree and exciting vacation. Thank you Wanderful!

We just got back from this trip. We are very happy with the overall service provided by Wanderful. They customized our itinerary to meet our needs and provided useful suggestions. When our day tour in Zurich was canceled by the operator just before the trip, they recommended an alternative and covered the additional cost.

The field / operations team was very helpful during the trip to ensure we had a smooth experience. Someone was available via whatsapp to help us connect with our local guide or taxi drivers.

My wife and I just recently completed a 10 day tour of South America, specifically Buenos Aires, Iguzu Falls and Rio De Janeiro through Wanderful Holidays. The tours were perfect and the guides provided were very knowlegable and highly professional. The trip was amazing and Wanderful Holidays was extremely helpful and kept us up to date with excellent communication throughout the trip. The entire process from planning to traveling was very exciting.

We booked the 8-night Italy plan with a customized extension plan and Wanderful holidays did an excellent job meeting all our requirements. The itinerary was very easy to follow, even without a physical tour guide.
All the hotels chosen were conveniently located near the train stations , making transportation seamless. Communication with administrator group via Whatsaap was smooth, with quick and helpful responses to our queries. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, as it provided the perfect balance of freedom to explore at our own pace and a relaxing excursion experience in every district we visited.

The tour provided by Wanderful Holidays is one I have already recommended to friends and will absolutely use again!! The hotels are ideally located in the middle of the city, close to the finest restaurants, great shopping, and transportation (trains and buses). The hotel concierge happily advised on places not to miss. The hotels were all very spacious, except the one in Zurich. It was clean, with a wide variety of everything you could want for breakfast.
The tours to Grindelwald and Mount Tittlis included gorgeous views of the Swiss Alps, sledding, and tubing. They also provided a gondola ride in Venice, my favorite place in Italy.

Great coordination and communication by the tour company, made sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. All rides were on time, and the hotels were great quality, all in suitable locations. Would recommend.

My husband and I booked through Wanderful Holidays for a 2 week Italy & Greece belated honeymoon. I will never plan an international trip again after the great experience I had with this business. Everything was seamless from transfers to hotels and tours. We were so impressed with our accommodations and no detail was left out, it was so refreshing to not have to worry about anything especially traveling to such an extent for the first time. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be reaching out for our next international trip!

Our holiday started in Buenos Aires and myself and my wife were picked up from the airport to the hotel. Everything was good and smooth. The next day was a sights of Buenos Aires and the guide was very nice. It was not easy for us to follow with two bilingual description. Too many questions not answered. One day spent on our own and we managed to find three museums and enrich our experience. We flight to Iguazu falls and we appreciate the effort organised by the company which makes it more thrilled experience visiting the falls, and then doing the boat safari an amazing day. The next day our flight was good and arrived at Rio de Janerio and again our transport was excellent and we arrived at the Copacabana Hilton hotel. Next day we joined our group for a sightseeing and visiting Christ the Redeemer statu tour and dinner the Brazilian type and that was really good day. The next two days were free and we noticed that it should be filled with more activities so we organised a tour to Tijuca forest and the Botanical garden. Great holiday and thank everyone for making it so nice and memorable 😊

First off, please understand that I am the typical American traveler who stresses over every detail of a trip. Yes, I am THAT guy. So when I say I did not have to worry about anything, I really mean it. The first night we took a 60EU Uber because I didn't realize how much planning the Wanderful Holidays crew put into planning for convenience. The Metro was literally across the street and it was one stop to get where we were going. It costs 6EU round trip for my wife and I the next day. When I made that remark to the team, they said they planned it that way and from that point on, I trusted them to have made all the preparations and I could just relax and enjoy. The tours they booked were amazing. Lots of walking but the guides were all very entertaining and personable and spending hours flew by. We had skip the line access and guided tours only shortcuts to all of the touristy spots saving lots of time. Breakfast was included at all of the hotels and each spread was more impressive than the prior. The tours that included lunch/snack were all top notch. We look forward to our next vacation with them.
