I've been getting my shoes from Walsh's since Covid, when they were able to get something to me by post. I've been instore a couple of times. Very pleasant staff and not intimidating at all, unlike some shoe shops I've been in. Well done.

Having returned a pair that didn't quite fit - and getting refunded within days, I ordered the next size online without issue. Like previously - it arrived the following day. Fits perfectly. Very pleased with the service provided. Would definitely use Walsh brothers shoes again.

Saw sandals I wanted in a great sale, in Walsh Brothers, communication was excellent and quick delivery, thank you!

I ordered a pair of sandals online.
I got an email from customer support stating that it was the last pair in my size. There was a sticker on the inside of the sandals which had left a mark. I was sent a photo for me to see clearly.
I was offered an opportunity to cancel my order and a refund.
I am pleased I didn’t cancel my order, I received the sandals and I am delighted with them. I also received a €5 refund!
I am very impressed with the company and will certainly be buying from them again.

I have purchased shoes from Walsh brother shoes on more than one occasion and have always been amazed and impressed at the speed and efficiency of their service. I have received next day deliveries. The shoes are are also of a high quality and they have a great range for for all ages and sizes 👌 I would highly recommend them to other shoe lovers.

Splitting up footwear into categories is good.
It would help if ye had a magnifying glass to type in specific footwear customer is looking for. Better offers/ timeline on refunds for sale goods.
