The program has been great in helping me ensure that I cover all aspects of the IB recruitment process. I find the most value to be in the community and being able to stay in the loop with everything that was going on.

I haven't had a chance to go through all of the technical modules that the program offers, but based on what others inside say, it seems to be great. It's nice to have if you've been staring at the same guide for ages and feel like you're going in circles.

Thye've been really helpful with the recruiting process. As long as you put in the work, the program is definitely extremely worthwhile, and you'll have a really good support system of coaches who work around the clock to help you.

I came into the program thinking I wouldn't need much help. I went to a target school, knew (thought I knew) the technicals needed for the interviews, and was confident I would be able to land at a top firm. The program exposed me to all the variables that go into the recruitment process that people don't talk about. People talk about networking, but the program showed me how to network 10x more effectively. It helped me gain confidence through mock interviews. It also helped me by giving me a network of hundreds of students who were either going through or had gone through the same process I was. This allowed me to have any questions I have answered instantly and continue to improve as a Candidate.

WSMM has provided me with the resources necessary to conduct outreach, be confident when networking, and land interviews.

I came very late to recruiting so I needed all the help I could get. I come from a semi-target school with a good Investment Banking Association but I needed an edge to stand out. I honestly got way farther with the program than I would have through my own means. Yes, you will have to pay a premium but some people's tuition is $30K a semester. This program gives you all the support you need and is totally worth the money in my opinion. I paid for this program all by myself and with my own money so I know it was personally worth it. If I were to try recruiting by myself, I would not know what I don't know and it would cost me. This program answers that question and gives you every resource you need for every aspect. Only wish I started this sooner.... ALWAYS START AS EARLY AS YOU CAN AND YOU'LL BE SET

I can’t say enough about how amazing Sam and the rest of the team is. Their structured program is outstanding for achieving results. They consistently go above and beyond to demonstrate how much they truly care about their students. If you’re on the fence, trust me, enroll. You won’t regret it for a second and you’ll be leaps and bounds ahead of where you otherwise were.

Great resources especially for me since my family don't have a background in Investment Banking or Finance. The technical modules are especially helpful since you wouldn't learn those things at school. Sam and the team is also very responsive and active when I have question.

The program really helped me get on the right track by providing knowledge on the steps to take and how to approach each step. There's also a lot of little hacks here and there which are quite helpful.

Really helped in giving me confidence in my recruiting, the program has many effective strategies and methods that streamline recruiting, but more than that I knew that with my time I was applying it properly and not wasting my time on aspects that wouldn't help my recruiting.

This program completely changed my attitudes toward entering investment banking when I realized I was going about it the wrong way. This program gave me direction on the right course and significantly helped me receive interviews, but it only teaches you how to pass the interviews, not how to put in less work.

The coaches are really helpful and are really prompt in answering any questions I have at any point of time.

I go to a semi-target school and I have a good GPA, but my school doesn't offer many widely-available resources for IB recruiting. Most of the clubs that have high placement rates are extremely selective and require many relevant experiences to get into. What I like about this program is that it is open to everyone and offers the same, if not better, resources as my school's clubs. The community is extremely supportive, and I was able to find and secure a fall internship through this program.

The structure of the program saved me countless hours. I'm still in the middle of recruiting but I highly doubt that I could've done this on my own.

WSMM is an affordable and incredible program. I joined the program in the second semester of my freshman year and has secured multiple internships since then. I was also provided with coaches who can answer my questions in a timely manner in my private channels.

Sam and Daniel are amazing people -- they always answer my questions in detail and have provided me with super constructive feedbacks. Now I have already secured an internship at a buy-side firm as a sophomore and this would not be possible without them.

Would highly recommend the program. But you have to be self-motivated and make best use of the resources.
