I received two orders from Walleye Direct. The walleye cheeks were absolutely amazing. The beer battered filets, not so much. They were all packed extremely well and arrived without a hitch, it's just the flavor profile of the battered filets was not to my liking.

The perch and walleye fillets arrived IQF and were large and meaty. We fried them up with cole slaw and and onion rings for a very tasty birthday celebration. We will order them again!
