Walkinpets Anmeldelser

They are charging $55 for a peice of elastic with Velcro. Well $35 which I was willing to pay till for whatever reason they are trying to charge $20+ for shipping (last time I check something weigh that little does not cost anywhere near that amount to the same country) ridiculous & a rip off I will make my own- maybe I'll patten it or just put a DIY tutorial online to allow people who need it to make it without having to pay an arm a leg and a heart to get it!!!

Great service. Great product! Our 14yr old GSD loves his walkin wheels and so do we.

We had a Solid visit. The Bet was SO thorough. If and when we decide to have the surgery we will use Wheatridge Animal Hospital.

Easy to order correct size and received order in a timely manner. Pretty good set up instructions.

Customer service is great. Very helpful advice and info on sizing. Speedy delivery. The full support wheelchair and accessories are high quality products. Sturdy and easy to assemble. However, I highly recommend having a professional rehab clinic fit your pet to make sure that they are comfortable and in alignment. A physical therapist can make adjustments quickly and safely. As everyone knows - when introducing a pet to something new, it's not good to have the experience be uncomfortable and drawn out. I pre-assembled the wheelchair but had the physical therapist fit it to my dog. Pre-assembling maximizes the time the therapist will spend with your pet. There are also guidance videos available online. I also recommend buying extra hardware just in case. Items purchased: Medium full support wheelchair, amputee leg ring cover and extra hardware.

We couldn't be happier with our purchase! This has given new life to our 14 year old pup with back knee trouble due to arthritis. We are able to go on walks again - he is so happy

This is second chair we got for Magnolia. This one has better support of her body from the neck to the tail. She was without a chair for four months, it is better for her to have more exercise while walking 🚶 n chair.

Your QR codes on the how to assemble handbook are all expired !

Wanted to return the item and exchange it for a bigger size
I have emailed 3 times with no reply. Customer service is rubbish

Material doesn’t last for long

Great product and customer service

We've had a hard time getting a wheelchair for our Sasha. Someone donated one to us along with other spare parts but we still needed a few parts to make it a quad. Instead of needing to buy them, you guys gave them to us for just shipping.

Easy to order, very easy to follow step step video.

Fast delivery. Thank you

Very frustrating!!!! Putting in enough spare units should goes without saying!!!!! Absolutely not user friendly!!!!

it didn't fit my dog too well, I had to return it but the process was easy and fast. I was impressed.

The team works hard to get the wheelchair to fit correctly so our dog could enjoy walking
more.

Haven't gotten my refund yet but the unused rear halter has been returned to you. I have proof.

Wheelchairs are easy to assemble and custom fit.. Customer service is absolutely top notch!. Shipping is fast and well packaged.

Highly recommended!

purchased 9 inch extensions for chair, this was a needed change as the 6 inch extension were a little short for our dog. fit was perfect.
