Warning:Walking.yoga(Iceland registered website) is a trap website. Via effecto.app(Lithuania registered website). You are drawn into buying a product, usually a book like Dog Training, for which you do receive a book. But then WITHOUT your knowledge you have agreed to a six month subscription into products like walking.yoga, raising.dog and 1-to-1 Coaching, which are entirely different products. My wife accidently got drawn in to £500 worth of products and NEVER RECEIVED any of them. Effect.app , the owning company said she opened digital documnets, which she has not done. Please don't go anywhere near this company, we have reprted to domain registers and our Action Fraud Police. Whilst they claim to have covered themselves in their terms and conditions, it is buried in steams of conditions and if you are not aware, you will lose a lot of money, which you will not get back. They can their ill gotten gains via Paypal.

Ce site est là uniquement pour arnaquer les gens, ils ajoutent des options sans prévenir et facturent automatiquement. Ils refusent tout remboursement et continuent à prélever sans aucun scrupule. A fuir absolument

Je ne recommande pas du tout cette application.
J ai pris un mois d essai, déçue par la prestation je n ai pas renouveler mon abonnement. Cependant J ai été débité le mois d après sans aucune information du site au tarif plein pot de 37,95 €.
J ai contacté le site pour remboursement, il confirme que je n aurais pas du être facturé mais il ne peuvent pas me rembourser!!!
Pour moi c est du vol!

I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to read the terms and conditions very carefully before signing up for the trial.

In my experience, the trial converted into a paid subscription without any reminder that it was about to end. I had not used the service, but payment was still taken. When I contacted customer support to explain the situation and request a refund, my request was refused.

I found the subscription process and renewal arrangements to be lacking in transparency, and I was extremely disappointed by the company's refusal to offer any goodwill refund. Although others may have different experiences, I felt misled by how the trial was managed.

Please make sure you understand exactly when the trial ends and cancel well before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before signing up

Die App war für mich nicht überzeugend.
Wie bei anderen Nutzern, die die App gekündigt haben, wurde auch bei mir weiterging das Geld abgebucht. Leider bekomme ich es auch nicht zurück.

I found that I was not using the App as originally foreseen. I wanted to cancel my subscription - I emailed through the request for cancellation. The response was quick, clear and efficient.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel it is important to warn other potential customers.

I cancelled my subscription well in advance and received written confirmation on 2 June 2026 that no further payments would be deducted from my account. Despite this confirmation, I was still charged.

When I contacted customer support, I was told that the charge was for a separate "Mindway" subscription that I supposedly had not cancelled. However, this separate subscription was not visible to me during my original cancellation process. I cancelled all subscriptions and services that were presented to me at the time.

What is particularly concerning is that after I contacted support about the unexpected charge and cancelled again, the Mindway subscription suddenly appeared in the same application. This raises serious concerns about the transparency of the subscription and cancellation process.

Support stated that this was a separate subscription and refused to refund the charge, explaining that digital subscriptions are non-refundable. However, this completely avoids the actual issue — I was charged for a subscription that I genuinely believed had already been cancelled.

I did not intend to continue using the service, which is why I cancelled in advance. Instead, I was charged unexpectedly and then told that I was responsible for a subscription that was not clearly presented during my cancellation process.

From the initial sign-up process through to cancellation and customer support, this has been an extremely disappointing experience.

Potential customers should carefully review all subscription details before signing up and monitor their accounts closely. Based on my experience, the cancellation process and subscription management are not as transparent as they should be.

I am sharing this review so that others can make an informed decision before subscribing.

Parce que je suis obligée de laisser une étoile. Site arnaque ou on vous vends un programme et où on vous facture ensuite sans prévenir plus de 60 euros d abonnement. J ai bloqué et devant le refus de rembourser sous prétexte que soi disant "j ai ouvert la boite" ce qui est faux, je signale pour que d autres ne se fassent pas avoir. Et ce qui me sidère c'est au vu des nombreux commentaires qui les accusent de voler les gens ils ont toujours la même réponse, ils ne se remettent absolument pas en question. J'ai déposé plainte auprès de Paypal qui étudie le dossier.

Ok to follow but a bit expensive

Je n'ai pas trop de recul mais les questions semblent pertinentes. Par contre je n'aime pas le fait qu'au moment de payer on suggère des prestations supplémentaires. Ce serait mieux de savoir avant. Est-ce que la prestations annoncée suffit vraiment ? Du coup j'ai un doute mais par principe je n'ai pas ajouté des prestations non annoncées au départ.
