First they delivered mattresses not as per the specifications, secondly they were not the same size. Now as per there policy they have still not replaced even after multiple calls. they did not pick the old one and did not deliver the replacement and kept on delaying. Its almost a month.

I can confirm, this is the worst company. They offer a 10-year warranty on mattresses, but don’t be fooled. With their terrible service, they won’t last 10 years. Avoid this brand at all costs, even if it’s free. They don’t deserve your money. Look for better alternatives.

Pathetic service! Worst experience with Wakefit!
I ordered a King size bed from Wakefit, and it was delivered on 22nd May 2025 with two damaged parts. Since then, it's been almost a month, and I’m still waiting for the replacements!
I’ve called their useless customer care 6-7 times, sent multiple emails, and escalated the issue – all for nothing. Every single time, they give the same scripted excuse: “It will be delivered in 48-72 hours.” Stop lying to your customers!
This is beyond frustrating. They clearly don't care once the payment is done. No action, no follow-up, no responsibility. Just false promises and zero professionalism.

Worst experience ever. Wakefit doesn’t just deliver late — they completely fail at communication, accountability, and basic customer respect.
We made full payment and were promised delivery by a specific date. It’s now June 17th, and we’ve been waiting since June 13th. The product is delayed by over 4 days, and we’ve received no update, no call, no tracking info, and absolutely no way to contact the logistics team.
We called Wakefit on June 13th — they asked us to wait 48 hours. Nothing happened. After that, they stopped taking calls entirely. No callbacks either.
Chat support? Useless. We were fed the same copy-paste lines every single day:
“Please wait till the end of the day.”
Every. Single. Day.
They gave us a ticket number that does absolutely nothing (2479008). When we asked about compensation for the delay and poor handling, they outright said, “We don’t provide any compensation.”
And here’s the best part — the chat agent finally said:
“Sure I will escalate the issue and request you to wait till end of the day for the product to be delivered. This would be my last resolution from my end.”
That’s it. They closed the conversation without resolution, update, or responsibility.
To top it all off, their logistics team falsely claimed they tried to call us — but there were no missed calls, no messages, and no real attempt. Just lies.
We stayed home and waited for 4+ days, wasting time, calling them, chasing chat agents — only to be ignored, dismissed, and fed false promises.
Wakefit is an example of how not to run a customer-facing business. They don’t value your time, your money, or your trust.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Wakefit is by far the most unprofessional and careless company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order on 28th May, and the delivery was promised for 6th June. At the last minute, they casually pushed it to 8th June, without even a proper explanation.
Since then, I’ve been chasing them daily, and all I hear is the same useless line: “We’ll update you by EOD.” Spoiler alert — they never update. It’s been nothing but lies, delays, and horrible customer service.
What’s worse? This is just the pre-delivery phase! Imagine what kind of nightmare it would be if you actually need to return the mattress during their so-called “100-night trial”. Don’t fall for it — it’s a marketing gimmick. Once they have your money, they’ll ghost you and make your life miserable.
Wakefit should be renamed to Fakefit — they’re fooling customers and providing third-class service. No respect for time, no responsibility, no transparency.
This company is a joke, and you’ll regret every minute spent dealing with them. Do yourself a favor — stay far away from Wakefit and choose a brand that actually delivers what it promises.

HE NEVER ANSWERED THREE PLEADING EMAILS, WHATSAPP MESSAGES AND MOST OF ALL PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME WHEN I CALLED HIM ABOUT MY PROBLEM, ORDER STILL NOT FULFILLED FULLY TO THIS DATE AND DESTRUCTION OF MY RECENTLY FULLY RENOVATED PROPERTY BY WAKEFIT CARPENTERS. THIS CEO WHATEVER HE IS TODAY IS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMERS HE HAS FORGOTTEN AND NEEDS A REMINDER BY THE SAME CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE MADE HIM WHAT HE IS TODAY BUT IGNORANT WITH THE SAME CUSTOMERS WITH ARROGANCE AFTER ROBBING MONEY AND FORGETS IT. Rs.4.35 lacs 100% order value paid 50% on 31 Jan and 50% in April 25 telling me the order was fully ready to be dispatched and assembled within 24 hours subject to remaining payment of around Rs.2.35 paid first which I did but It turned out to be lies because only part order was delivered, not completed to this date and the carpenters never came within 24 hours. Over 4 months since order was placed on 31 Jan.25 and appx. 50% deposit Rs.2.30 Lacs paid in advance then. Part order assemble by company Carpenter in my property on 31 May and part order still pending and undelivered except crooked lies and lame excuses to fulfill my order fully, still pending. Carpenters who turned up on 31May 25 to assemble whatever was supplied, turned my Villa into a pigs house dump yard, left my property full of all mighty rubbish and tons of discarded cartons inside on ground and first floor, nobody can even walk inside the property AND nobody incl. CEO Chaitanya repeatedly contacted by me to complete my order, remove all the rubbish and discarded cartons and clean my property has bothered to to respond snd do anything about it. This CEO and his whole lot are crooked sales guys trained to rob custmers with unlimited fairy tales and leaving customers at the mercy of Wakefit after 100% money is paid, i happen to be one of them begging for my order to be completed, all mighty rubbish and tons of discarded empty cartons removed out of my property. Prospective Customers need to boycott this company for good and save hard earned money. I am trying to contact Govt. of Karnaka trading standards to help do something about it and take drastic action against Wakefit immediately because hundreds and hundreds of cutomers are being robbed everyday by this CROOKED COMPANY and pleading for help. Pathetic Logistics – The product reaches their local warehouse and just sits there. No updates, no movement, no urgency. It feels like the company forgets your order exists the moment it arrives at their hub.
No Delivery Flexibility – They expect customers to be available between 10 AM to 6 PM for delivery, without even confirming a proper time slot. Most working people are not at home during these hours — ever heard of evening or weekend delivery options, Wakefit?
Reaching out to store after purchase is impossible. Actually a nightmare. No answers at all, vague responses, and no actual resolution.

Please don’t believe their free return policy. They play cheap games and their customer service is useless. Purchasing from a store where a human is involved is much better. Online mattress purchase and return procedure is beyond stressful.
Wakefit- useless company- harassed us way too much
Wakefit is a funny company. We ordered a bed on 11th April. A moronic delivery guy delivered damaged products and left. The damage was identified by us and when we asked him to check the rest, he refused. Later he told he left coz he was busy. It took wakefit 2 and a half weeks to send another person who had no clue that the bed wasn't installed. He did his job we'll and reported two more damages (some good people exist). Then it took them 2 more weeks to find a replacement to this damage and the delivery guy would casually not arrive on the date of his duty coz he has work apparently. Funniest is customer care. The only thing they have been taught to say is wait 24-48 hrs. I don't know how such people get jobs. The upper management of the company has no idea what's going on. Communication between departments is almost none. God knows which genius thinks of large scale administration of such nonsense companies because they clearly don't know what they are doing. It took a month for the issue to get resolved. And oh the last delivery guy got replacement for one of the two damages reported. Let's wait for another month and see what is being done lol. Close your shop wakefit. Running a business is not your thing idiots.

Terrible terrible service. I would give a big 0. After placing your order, if you call the "Wakefit support" number to check on delivery status, you cannot talk to anyone. You just get a recording that states you will get a call back in 1 business hour. And that call back never comes. On chat, the useless customer service cannot arrange a call back. Customer is reduced to a frustration level like no other with regards to delivery of their order. The Wakefit team makes false promises before booking the product, only to forget everything they agreed to once the order is placed. All misleading delivery timelines are given to customer. Would recommend never to buy from Wakefit. Please think a 100 times before buying from them no matter how much you like the product or price. You will have sleepless nights with regards to the delivery and installation.

I'm writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with a substandard wardrobe received from Wakefit on April 12th. Despite promises of quality, the delivered product was unsatisfactory, including the color. Your customer service resisted my attempts for a return or replacement, contradicting your advertised policy and demonstrating unprofessional and rude behavior. Their justifications also lacked technical accuracy. Wakefit appears to be a scamming company that deceives customers. If profit is your only motive, earn it ethically instead of cheating. Consider my payment a regrettable contribution. Discovering numerous negative reviews on Reddit confirms Wakefit's poor customer treatment. While money is recoverable, your brand's reputation is being damaged. Public, exercise caution and review thoroughly before buying from Wakefit.

The mattress shrinked soon after I purchased. I’ve been after them for months to replace it but their stupid customer complaints person says what he has mugged up from the policy and hasn’t given me a solution yet. I have made the biggest mistake of purchasing from Wakefit.
