Customer service were brilliant. E-mailed them regarding my slow cooker. I told them what the problem was. 2 days later I received an e-mail to say a replacement product was on the way and I should receive it within 3 days. I just received it today (day 2). Can't wait to use ut again.

Disappointed buyer
Wahls customer service are excellent,unfortunately the ss pro dog clippers not so good. Bought a pair a year back to keep two standard poodles tidy between grooming. Recently the clippers were snagging the hair and the head appeared to be twisting in the body, they have been back three times now and I have been told there is no problem.Have now bought a replacement for less than a quarter of the price, first impressions are good ,as is the cut time will tell. Will no longer pay high price for a named product to be disappointed in this way

Returned a shaver for inspection
Returned a shaver for inspection, received an email on the 21st August stating the technicians have looked at it and will be returned. I sent 2 emails (29 Aug & 4 Sept) asking if it had been sent back, no response. Called on Thurs 7 Sept to chase. Got an email the same day, apologising and saying that there was a delay sending returning it to me (as if I didn't know and just called to waste my time) Told that I should get it back in 3 working days. Called again on Wednesday 13th to be told it will be delivered on the 14th. Does wahl have its own timezone? Their 3 days really mean 7.

Replacement comb
It was only a replacement comb for a beard trimmer but it was sent immediately and received by post a day or so later. Followed by email checkup to see I had received and it was a correct part. seemed genuinely to care that I was satisfied!

First class customer service
My one year old "practically indestructible" (as stated on the box) wet/dry shaver stopped working. The info indicated that this product has a 5 year guarantee, but we all know that many companies/manufacturers have "clauses" that make it hard to obtain repairs etc, so I expected the same. Not so in this case. I contacted WAHL's customer service department and received a very quick response from Rebecca. After a few details were supplied it was all sorted, in my case a replacement product was sent. From my perspective, absolutely faultless and efficient first class service from WAHL. I will definitely seek out their products in the future.

A experienced user of Wahl Aqua blade, with which I done everything related to my grooming. All the combs gave me the ability to cut my own hair, a great money saver. When I finally removed my beard I was looking for a closer shave. I consulted the Instruction booklet, but no mention of resetting blade. However an accompanying leaflet, amongst other advice, had a paragraph on improper adjusting, and positioning of upper and lower blade. NOWHERE IN MY PAPERWORK DID IT WAHL USERS SAY ‘DO NOT DISMANTLE THE HEAD’ I did, and it proved impossible for me to reassemble the head. I contacted Wahl customer service and my good fortune was contacted by Molly of customer service. She contended with my long discussion with many e mails, concerning my arguments about Wahls paperwork. Molly was extremely good trying to handle the complaint.she eventually agreed to follow up my argument with Wahl. She kindly organised a T blade replacement head for me. She explained by disassembling the head I had released the head tension which I would not be able to reset. Oh dear, I wish I had known.YOU DO NOW. I am now a pleased user of Wahl again, and with my reservation think my trimmer is a good, value for money product. Thanks again Molly, Wahl are fortunate having you working for them. Mike

My wife purcbased a Wahl shaver for my bitbday over a year ago. It helped me considerably as I am disabled. I found the lifeproof shaver to be excellent but unfortunately it stopped working. I took it back to the seller (Tesco Ltd Greenock) who aere not particularly helpful, saying they only gave 1 year's guarantee, though Wahl gave 5 years guarantee for this product. I then contacted Wahl Customer Services who were nothing short of outstanding, replacing my shaver within 3 days.

Excellent customer service when I had to report an error code on my James Martin multi cooker. I provided proof of purchase and under the guarantee a new multi cooker was sent to me without any hesitation. I can't thank them enough for the great service. It's a great product to have especially in a small size kitchen.

I bought a Wahl trimmer from Ebay. within 2 months it stopped working. Went back to the seller and he has a policy for 30 day return so as I was 2 months he couldn't help.
So I contacted Wahl UK who where very helpful and understanding. I item was replaced with no problems.

Have had many beard and hair trimmers…
Have had many beard and hair trimmers over the past 10 years from Wahl and it was not brand loyalty but habit that made me always think of the brand. Saw them in a hairdessers hands forever ago so though it must be a pro make. They break ALL THE TIME. the blades are not strongly sprung enough and eventually (usually about a month out of warranty) they go from cutting to snagging on your hair and hurting. Customer service have the easiest job in the world as they say the warranty is out and convince you to buy another. They say it politely but really they are saying our product is s**t now where is your money! Never again
