Top notch customer service
My clippers failed due to an electrical/battery fault after 2 years, I was very disappointed as these were the best cordless clippers I have ever had.
Their customer care team have been genuinely helpful and straightforward, new replacement clippers are on the way to me, and I couldn't be happier.

A Wahl product I purchased a few months ago had a mechanism issue. I sent an email to the company explaining the issue with my product. I received a quick reply to my email and subsequent following emails. All my questions were answered and I received a new, free of charge and well packaged replacement item.

On 07/22/2024, I received a package with the barbering tools from CoolBlades. The contents were in the box. There was also a paper from Wahl Global Academy there that suggested using a 30% discount on additional courses at Wahl Academy. You can see the paper on my profile picture. I put is there by purpose so you can see that paper I am taking about. Recently, I booked an additional course for December 2nd to upgrade my qualification and I used the code Academy30 from the paper I received in the box with the tools. After all, when I booked the course, I inserted the code from the paper to get a discount, but the discount did not work. I paid the full 120£ without any discount. Then I contacted Saffrone (a sales person) for help. She said that I used the code incorrectly and that nothing was shown in the system. So what should I do now? Does this mean that the paper I was sent from Wahl Global Academy is a scam?

I bought the premium legend clippers…
I bought the premium legend clippers only for them to break after 14 months.The metal piece that connects plastic to the blade just fell off.
I called customer service hoping they would replace.I just got told that I would need to pay £66 pound for Wahl to fix.Terrible customer service and scandalous product aftercare. Not a company I would suggest using.

I bought a gold cordless magic clipper…
I bought a gold cordless magic clipper and a gold cordless magic detailer. I was shocked to see the blade bag was damaged and the clipper wrapping wasn't on. The box was damaged. The detailer screw looks like somebody had tampered with it. It wasn't charged. I had to charge it before checking it works. I paid over £340 for both. For sure the owners need to look into the complaints and deal with it a source. I know I will lose money if I return the product and I really need the machine. Feel scamed.

shocking. I retuned a damaged item and they sent a partial refund and claimed it was an 'unwanted item'. I had to pay the return postage in addition to the original postage which was not returned. So I am now nearly £8 out of pocket. I suggest if you have a faulty or broken item you simply go to the small claims court rather than use the Wahl returns process which will leave you out of pocket

Poor Quality Product, Poor Customer Service
Blade snapped but isn't included in the warranty. Not great for a £50 trimmer that is being used once a week for 2 years.
Replacement is £16 incl. P&P, which for a part that costs pennies to make and is not covered under warranty is extortionate. Probably designed to fail purposely. My previous Remington trimmer lasted for 5 years and was 1/3 of the price.
Update: The spare part has been out of stock for over a month now and they will not reply to my emails. Poor customer service. Avoid!

Been a wahl user for many years
Been a wahl user for many years. I needed to replace some of my kit. I've noticed alot of people moving away from wahl but decided to stay as my products have always been reliable. Big mistake.
ISSUE 1, My detailers were faulty and wouldn't cut shorter than my wahl super taper. The WAHL regional manager told me this is normal, which is utter nonsense and defies the point of the product.
ISSUE 2. My clippered had bad blade alligned which couldn't be fixed, I request a refund and i ordered else where.
They sent me back someone else's used returned clippers with the same issue, as it had long hairs attached...
Edit: They stated they would send me a returns label. They didn't. I've now emailed them 5 times. Nothing. I've had to open a PayPal case just to get a response.
