I contacted Wahl customer service because I had an issue with one of the grading attachments that came with some hair clippers we had just purchased. My product was purchased from an outside company and not directly from Wahl, but this was not an issue. Their response was quick and, Debbie, was just so helpful and friendly in solving the issue. i have 2 aqua beard clippers
i have 2 aqua beard clippers - both have the same problem.
both the recharge light stopped working. then both have stopped charging.
i have changed leads , plugs.
i thought the first one might have just worn out so i bought the second but it developed the exact same problem.
the clippers when they work are really good but when they dont -they are an expensive waste of money.
considering nearly £100 for less than 2 years light use is just not worth it. my suggestion go cheap and ex[pect to re[place annually but dont waste you time with the aqua clippers

Every now and then in life you make a bad decision and buy a product that doesn’t turn out quite as expected. And then you purchase a product that beats all others in the ‘absolutely useless’ category. And this is where my Wahl Beard Trimmer takes the prize. So bad it went in the bin within a fortnight of purchase. Wasn’t even worth taking back to the store and really didn’t want to waste any of my time with the agro. Plenty of other brands to choose from so I’m back to a reliable trimmer. And it works as described- unlike the Wahl product.

I’ve been a dog groomer for 9 years now and have always used wahl clippers and trimmers and blades. Years ago the customer service was outstanding but in the last couple of years it’s become very substandard. I have 3 wahl bravura trimmers in my salon and one that I bought less than a year ago started to not cut well as if it’s not holding power very well. I sent them back after contacting wahl and within a couple of days they sent them back saying they’d been repaired. I believe they hadn’t been touched, just packaged back up and sent back to me. Now I’m going to have to take them for recycling and buy a new one even though they are still under warranty.
Also the bravura trimmer used to come with a two year warranty and this is now one year. Are you using cheap parts wahl??

Excellent clippers but the plastic comb began to break after only a few uses. The tiny curls on the end of the comb snap off meaning that the comb catches on your skin. Replacement combs are 1.99 but postage is 4.99. Really disappointing on such an expensive product.

My last purchase
I've owned Wahl trimmers for the best part of 10 years and they've been incredible, until recently. I purchased their new £170 "elite" trimmer and it was awful. My older trimmers would cut hair with ease, but I couldn't even trim my moustache with this model. I contacted Wahl and they claimed it could have been the razor head, so they sent me a replacement, but that didn't work. I ended up refunding it.
Unfortunately, I decided to give them a second shot and purchased the £80 Titanium model, and same issue, but this time, I purchased it through a 3rd party and I'm unable to refund it now. So I'm stuck with this trimmer that basically pushes hair aside instead of cutting in. Suffice to say, my last Wahl purchase.
Looks good but...
Bought a refurbished Colour Pro Lithium hair clipper on the strength of Wahl's renewal process- intense cleaning, inspection, testing with a new blade & new battery fitted. I was dissapointed when it arrived with bits of hair on the blade. I contacted Wahl whose customer care was excellent and explained that it was a rare occurance and the fake fur used for testing could have been left on the blade. My main concern was that the blade had been used by someone else so I am waiting to hear back from Wahl if they could check if a new blade & battery had been fitted on the clipper before it was sent out to me. I'll update once I hear back...
Update: I have since returned the refurbished clipper and ordered a new one. I have upgraded the stars for the customer service

I bought a product from wahl.co.uk, I paid shipping and VAT on their website, once the product arrived in Ireland I received a notice from Anpost.ie that I had to pay VAT (already paid). I had to cancel the order, customer service said they were sorry and that was it, instead of finding a simple solution, they should refund the VAT. Very disappointed
Terrible customer service and refusing responsibility
Purchased clipper blades via a third party (Viovet). The metal on one blade appears worn, and there is some hair trapped, suggesting these are not new. The supplier I purchased from is taking no responsibility and is referring me directly to Wahls. Wahls replied and said it is not possible for these to not be new and they cannot see any evidence from the photos. Since then, I have had no further contact from them, despite sending additional photographic evidence and the company I purchased from refuses to refund me. My only action now seems to be to try for a refund via my credit card company. Very poor service from both and I feel like they have taken my money for a product that is not new.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Had to send my clippers in for repair under guarantee and the whole process worked like clockwork. Sent and received back in 7 days, as good as new. Shout out to Rachel for great communication and managing the process. First Class Service.
Great service
Was most impressed at how quickly the team dealt with fixing my refurbished clippers. (These had been intermittent when working on battery power for some time, although worked fine via the mains adapter). Sent through a postage label swiftly, assessed and fixed the product, then returned in short order. Many thanks.
