I am happy with the communiucation I have received

Not a good experience so far. Paid for priority shipping 2 1/2 weeks ago and still no delivery. Have emailed and received no response and even raised a dispute with PayPal!! I received no email with a tracking number or invoice and it was not in my Spam folder.
COVID or no COVID there is no excuse for not returning an email query!!
After posting this review I did receive a response and customer service was efficient in answering my questions. I do receive my order a few days later.

I bought one of the massage guns a couple weeks back. Received it and seemed like there was a fault with the battery. I emailed customer service and had a response back very quickly. They were very happy to talk to me about my problem and refunded me the purchase amount so I could purchase a new/different one. I had an excellent experience with the customer service and would definitely recommend to others.

I received my device a week ago and it was not working. I have tried to email you with no response. Can someone please contact me asap regarding a return and refund.

Not sure what the other reviewers went through. I ordered a shiatsu massager and an eye massager within two days the tracking info appeared in my auspost app and it was here a week later. My partner loves both his new massagers!

I was wondering how long will it take for delivery if I use priority shipping

Paid for Priority packaging and shipping only to discover it was neither.
They happily took my money and dealt with my emails telling me it was on its way and on priority post until through my own looking found that they didn’t post it or pick it with what they claimed.
Would not recommend or return here.

I had a problem with the orthopaedic bamboo foam pillow which was very small. Initially, the replies I got for my emails were unsatisfactory. However, Jack from the company got in touch and the outcome has been favourable. Thank you Jack for sorting out the problem.

I am very grateful and appreciative to Body Massager for their professional service . While i was very excited to receive the machine thought I had better read the instructions on how to use the product correctly and noticed straightaway that due to my Heart condition this wasnt going to work for me. Sadly it has gone back and I thank the company for looking after me.

I’ve been searching online for A body massager for about 5 months. There are so many options out there! I had 2 bad experiences Before finding the MINI BODY MASSAGER here! The two body massagers I bought are quite expensive, one around $990 and the other one around $400.
Honestly they are rubbish comparing with the mini massage I got from here!!!

The head massager are strong enough to soften muscles, mostly on the face, neck and shoulders!!
Absolute amazing! I’ve been carrying it with me mostly everywhere I go.
I am just about to buy two more to give to my grandma and daughter. They deserve a decent, efficient , quite And affordable massager friend! Finally something that worth my money!!! Thank you customer service for your support all the way!! ! 😀

After sales care is next to non. Quickly acted to report of fault equipment and was replaced in no time, Thank you.
