After 2 weeks the collar had no more scent at all and even after a week the insects were attacking my dog

The collar is way over priced ($34 CDN).
The scent was not at all strong either.
not all essential oils are of good quality I found out.
Very unhappy

I ordered and paid for a personalised dog harness on 13 July. I received several tracking numbers, none of which were recognised.

I received the personalised dog harness today which was not personalised. I emailed them to let them know and they said I had not left any details and an apology for the inconvenience. I responded to tell them that I had paid for a product that was shown online, was not what I had received and was against Consumer Rights Act and have had no response.

I have since tried the harness on my dog and it doesn't fit. The measurements they have posted on their website are not the measurements off the product I have received.

When you read their 'policies', they are worthless. And now I believe the entire website is worthless.

Total scam. Purchased product, the quality was terrible, followed the return instructions and never heard from the company. I wrote a similar 1 star review on their website and they have never posted it. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MR WAGGYTAILS

Scam Company. Never received an invoice for my purchase and they are not responding on my emails!

As I have read here, the same happened to me.
Wanted my dog as a model, very responsive. All went super well in the beginning.
It has been more 4 months since I have no contact from them or the order I did. Also payed 40$ of shipping and no response. Tried email and social media never got any reply.
All lost. Do not trust the nice and personal touch the message you exchange give. It is a scam.

Wish I read reviews on here first reviews on there website are all fake 15 days ago and no reply or anything raising dispute with my bank for a harness, if you read there website you can tell there foreign scammers a professional company would not put on there contact us information that they aren’t scammers and please allow 15 days for delivery’s. Joke shouldn’t be allowed to trade online

They wanted my dog as model and gave me a code to order some merchandise for free in return I would have needed to deliver some pics, tag, the usual bla bla.

The delivery costs were on me though and I was hesitant at first but they gave me a very nice long reply. The social media manager was extremely responsive the first days until I made my order 1 month ago and since then complete silence. I have never gotten a delivery. I wrote several messages and nothing . The 25$ delivery costs seem lost.

They never delivered the items. They scam you into buying and you pay shipping fees. Once I've contacted them I never got a response.

I would like to share my frustrating experience with a purchase I made from a website that unfortunately proved to be quite unreliable. On May 14th, I placed an order and paid over 30 euros for shipping to Portugal, believing that I would receive the products in a timely manner. However, 37 days have passed, and I still have not received my package.

Initially, the company was very attentive and quick to respond. However, after I completed the purchase, they simply stopped replying to my messages. I was counting on the products to participate in a contest that required photos of my dog using them, but due to the delay, I was unable to participate.

To date, the company has given no update on the status of my order. I am extremely disappointed with their service and feel that I have been deceived.

If I do not receive an immediate response regarding my order, I will take the following actions:
1. File a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities.
2. Share my experience on all possible platforms to warn other consumers about this company's lack of reliability.

I hope this post serves as a warning to other consumers and that the company in question takes steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Terrible!! I was approached by this company to order some items free of charge for their social media marketing. (They send products and I post my dog wearing them). They very kindly gave me a discount code and I have spent £29 postage on 29th April. However the products haven’t been sent and they have taken the money. They are not ignoring me on both instagram and email!

Absolutely outrageous. I want my money back asap!!!

I have orderd a lot of stuf but never recieved it.

One star because I can’t put -10. This company is absolute trash, they stole my money from an online order, when I inquired when I would be receiving it, they not only ignored me but then blocked me…? Top notch customer service. Obviously I’ve never received my order or money back.

I ordered 1 harness, but 2 identical harnesses arrived within days of each other. I emailed them to ask how I send the duplicate back as not needed. Completely ignored. All I get is continued offers. I for one will not use this company again.

This doesnt even deserve a star. I sadly didnt look at reviews before buying. I did the dog model, paid for delivery and its now coming up to 2 months and no reply, not even been sent. Awful company im so sorry to other people like myself that fell into this trap!

Ordered our second harness as the 2 year old one was very good but now a bit grubby. This new one doesn’t even feel like the first one which was strong and robust this one is flimsy and won’t keep its sizing properly loosening itself as he walks along to the point where he could pull out of it! The top strap is thin and stands clear of the harness itself. If I hadn’t bought it from the same website I’d be convinced it was a different make. It wasn’t cheap and it’s unusable! Purchased a couple of months ago and saved for current holiday.

Ordered a harness for our dog as an additional one to keep at our caravan. Arrived mid Feb after ordering in Jan, our caravan site opened end of March so harness wasn’t used but harness clasp has since popped off a number of times. Have contacted Waggytails for a resolution and because we were out of the 30day period (even though delivery took almost 3weeks) we’ve been offered 30% discount off another purchase! Terrible quality and a risk to dog safety, not to mention unsatisfactory customer service! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Had to fight for a refund - which I am still to receive. Had to go down PayPal resolution route, as they are no longer responding to my emails, even though I have returned the products as requested, and they sent an email confirming that a refund would be granted. Buy from this site with caution.
