What I liked initially about this product was the width of the straps compared to other ones I’d bought. However, the big let down for me was the plastic clasps. The second time the clasp disconnected after my 4 month old pup pulled slightly, I had to stop using it. If you worry about your dog running into traffic - don’t buy this product.

These products come from China. I bought a harness and a lead. They took over 3 weeks to arrive and the harness is cheap and unsubstantial. I am not confident it would withstand any pulling without coming apart. Not worth the risk.

Terrible customer service. Ridiculous delivery system!!!! TWO WEEKS SINCE PLACED MY ORDER!!! Still haven’t received!!!!!!!!!

This is the third harness I have had for my dog. Admitedly it did take a while to get the right size but I am delighted with the product and will get another when this one wears out.

Only giving a 1 star because you can't give any less. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I never received my order. I tracked through SHOP and waited but after 6 /7weeks i've never received it. I contacted them several times via email and not one response. Have had no choice but to contact my bank about it. Avoid them and buy from somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They will not refund you and the quality of the product is very poor. Both dogs are hurt with this no pull harness.

This is a total scam looked on Google maps no such business at this address certainly not a pet shop ,I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole another facebook scam

If I could give zero I would ! I have ordered from this company back in 2021 which I was happy with harness it ordered an xs ,as years have gone on I wanted another one I therefore ordered one in January and did not receive for over a month ,as I ordered before I was sure the size would be ok but it wasn’t the harness came and it was so small ,I contacted someone on instagram who then told me I could send back for a size exchange or they would give me a discount code ,I chose to send back myself and made them aware which size I wanted ,it is now may and nothing has arrived after many emails and messages sent I got completely ignored ,I then contacted my bank which they temp refunded and stated they would get in touch with them ,I advise everyone to to do this and this company needs reporting taking money off people and not sending any replacements or refunds it’s discusting .

This company ignores the legislation on internet trading - they will not take any goods back and certainly not provide a refund. The best that we got was an offer of a discount on a further purchase and since then have had our emails ignored.

As for finding any details about them, the best that is available is an office in the city of London - presumably a solicitor’s or accountant’s office. A search on Companies House reveals nothing.

From our experience this company is best avoided.

I called this place and sent multiple emails to adopt. The woman was so rude, arrogant and horrible to deal with, I wouldn't bother ever contacting them again. She had absolutely no clue regarding my background; once I enquired, I was told how terrible the pup was that I was interested in, plus all her bad behaviors, as well as how I was incapable of providing her with appropriate care. This interaction came about with zero consultation with me prior.

I have a physical disability, the woman had no idea, but upon hearing my voice, because I am young - instantly made assumptions and tried to palm off other dogs to me and ended up selling the girl I had promised to adopt once I could get there after the cyclone. People working at this place are totally judgmental and have zero respect for adoptees, unfortunately I would never get a pup from here, based on my experience and having to deal with the horrible staff that one time.

I wish I had read reviews b4 placing my order. I have a feeling that my review is going to be the same as the others.

I placed an order with this company for a small dog bed and was given a delivery date of between 5-8 days but could take up to 15 working days. It actually took 16 working days (whole week days 29 actual days).

On arrival, it was not what I ordered. I have read their terms and conditions and it states that they will only accept returns if the product is faulty. I have since tried to contact them but my emails are now ignored, just as alot of the other reviews have stated - PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Item didn’t arrive as described or shown on website (wanted coloured tape so it is easy to spot when extended, on delivery it’s black). Have contacted seller and received no response. Very poor customer service

Harness clasp broke after 6 weeks. Offered 30% off on next purchase. Told outside return/refund/exchange policy.

No harness ( ordered a month ago) and next to no comms...will never order from this company again.

Ordered a harness , got an email to say 5-8 days delivery , that’s was over 3 weeks ago !! I’ve chased the item up several times . Last email says due to new year celebrations in Hong King the item is delayed !! Didn’t even know it was coming from overseas seas . Dreadful service

Still no harness despite more emails to them 😡 over a month now waiting

Ordered dog harness but got wrong size. Told they don't refund but will exchange for different size. By then I decided I wanted a different type of harness so asked if I could swap for some other product. Then told they would refund original cost. So I returned the product and then heard nothing from them - they wouldn't reply to my email and now I have no harness and no refund - just £25 out of pocket with nothing to show for it!! Unbelievable.

Appalling customer service by Hayley at Waggy Tails. Purchased a harness over two months ago, and never received the parcel. The only response that I received was to contact the delivery company to reattempt delivery in which I have powder shipping and it is not my responsibility to chase my parcel. I've have sent multiple messages, requested a refund and they have now ignored my emails. Do not purchase from this company.

I have placed an order Is nearly a month now nothing has arrived and refused to offer a refund after 14 days of purchase such a scammers
