They delivered a very good product in the end. A big thank you to your team for leading professionally every step of the way!

I paid for a website and never really got anything near what they promised. Awfully horrible experience with no useful result. I had to hire someone else to create my website.

We started our collaboration in October, and now it is April — and nothing has been completed. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they do not answer phone calls, emails, or messages. They have completely disappeared.

I only requested two essential elements for my website, which are legally required in Germany (Impressum and Datenschutz). These were clearly communicated, yet they were never implemented.

There has been no communication, no updates, and no sense of responsibility. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I do not consider this company reliable or trustworthy, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious before working with them.

They build an amazing website for me, the contact was direct and Tamar was very helpful. Prices were correct, way of working is very easy. The only thing that suprised me was all the possible extra's, but it makes sense, it just might suprise people.

After all the trouble I've already been through with wacademy (they charged me 570 euros, did not deliver a usable website (it wasn't mobile friendly or visually adequate), blamed it all on me (it's their M.O. - read other reviews)), I've just received an invoice, which will be automatically charged to my credit card, for storage. Again: I do not have a website, I've paid for services that weren't even implemented, received not a cent of refund.

I had a fantastic experience working with WAcademy and especially with my project manager, Tamar.

From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, competence, and dedication. The student who worked on my website (doracarolo.com) did an excellent job, showing great attention and potential for professional development.

Communication throughout the project was clear, efficient, and responsive, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated how precise and committed everyone was in delivering a great final result.

My experience with Wacademy has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

The way this service is presented is misleading. It’s advertised as a “free” website where you only pay for hosting, but in reality you quickly end up paying hundreds of pounds for additional services that are essential just to have a fully functioning website.

What makes it worse is that you’re willing to trust the process because the portfolio examples on their website look professional and creative — but the final result I received was nowhere near that standard.

The project itself was very poorly managed, with consistently poor communication throughout. Despite clearly explaining what I wanted, key requirements were either misunderstood or ignored. There was little sense of care, attention to detail, or accountability.

The final website was far below expectations- it felt unfinished, unprofessional, and not suitable for real business use.

As a result, I decided to terminate my subscription, ultimately wasting both time and money with nothing to show for it.

There appears to be a serious lack of quality control and proper oversight. While I understand students are involved, that does not justify the lack of basic standards and client communication.

Overall, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this service. In my experience, it is highly misleading and not worth the risk.

I had a great experience with WA, we started in August and I informed my project manager that I wanted to wait till the new year to publish and they accommodate that.

really like the concept of this as I like supporting people who are training. When I asked for my website to be built, I was training as well so it felt rather nice to both be doing that together and it also made the whole thing affordable, the one criticism I do have is that it was very difficult to communicate as they do not like to do things face-to-face/over Zoom this would make a big difference to me as I am severely dyslexic.

Eigenlijk geen ster waard, maar dat is geen optie. Lijkt allemaal een prima bedrijf, maar dan later word je echt opgelicht. Het is nu al 2 jaar geleden dat ik m’n website liet maken bij hun, wat bestond uit alleen maar fouten. Hier moest ik al 50 euro ineens extra voor betalen. Omdat ze vonden dat ik een van die hele grote fouten zelf had gemaakt.
Ook vroegen ze al eerder meer geld voor een simpele plug-in. Na dit gezeik dus overgestapt naar een ander lokaal bedrijf. Nu 2 jaar later krijg ik een mail van de dat ik 219 euro achterloop met betalingen. Wat nergens op slaat want ik zit niet meer bij hun al 1,5 jaar. Wat blijkt, website doet het ineens niet en hebben ze mijn website gehackt! Dit is toch echt niet oké. Conclusie geld aftroggelaars. Ze proberen je echt in de maling te nemen waar je bij staat, dus trap er niet in!

Très mauvaise expérience
La proposition initiale est alléchante mais les options payantes sont équivalentes aux prix proposés sur le marché donc ce n'est pas une offre mais un tunnel de vente. Ce qui est difficile c'est de faire à distance avec qq1 de plutot incompéant au bout de la ligne. De plus, ils ont insistés pour que je sois sur leur serveur, j'ai payé cette demande et le travail n'a jamais été fait...ironie du sort, j'ai reçu un renouvellement de paiement après un an de silence. J'ai donc changer ma carte et fait le nécessaire auprès de ma banque pour que les paiements ne suivent pas. Dommage, ça partait bien.... Vous êtes des voleurs !

Everything is bad. If you want it at least good, they charge you to pay more.

My experience with WAcademy has been very positive. The structure of the program is clear, practical, and easy to follow. Everything is explained step by step, which makes it easier to understand even complex topics.

Tamar has been an excellent project manager throughout the journey. She is supportive, responsive, and truly cares about the students’ progress. Whenever I had questions, she answered quickly and clearly. Her guidance and encouragement made a big difference in my learning experience.

What I appreciate most is the professionalism, organization, and positive environment.

Formation très claire et bien structurée. On sent que le formateur maîtrise vraiment son sujet et sait le transmettre simplement.

My website feels like it is representing myself very well. Contact was easy most of the time and I am very happy every time I open my website!
Two points I'd like to bring into thought:
Generally I am sceptical of internet offers and kept on looking for a hidden sneak. There will be the extra charge of +- 200 Euros for cookie ajusting which I would have liked to know beforehand so I could have made up my kind about it.

Wordpress made it more accessible to apply changes on your website through elementor. However, I must say, there is things I haven't figured out. Feedback goes to WordPress: even easier would be great and welcome.

Apart from this, everything went really well. When I had doubts, I was answered respectfully and with patience- sometimes it took me longer to decide than it was planned.

Today, I am very grateful for the consideration of my style and my wishes and the professional website that was given to me. Thank you to the students and their creative minds and all the people who have been in contact with me✨

Please avoid this fake company they quick to persuade you to pay and the min you pay they vanish then they say someone will contact, I have been chasing them for two weeks especially the owner (Dan) who guaranteed me someone will contact to resolve this then avoiding my calls and not replying to my emails and they ignored me and stole my money. please stay away and I will report them to watchdog as they thief

They have created a website for me but I am not happy.
Disgusting bunch of people to work with ! They are unproffesional and a bunch of students who does not know anything.
I do not fully recommend them to anyone !

The gentlemam was patient even if i had to do it a few times. He helped me with link and responded very quickly

I had a website developed for my CIC and the results exceeded expectations. My project manager was Tatia and she was super helpful, patient and informative. I definitely felt like I was part of the process and listened to. Look forward to the continued support they have offered.
