No real grip and a ghosting support
Really liked the idea of not having to think about waxing my board every time. Unfortunately, after giving their grip a fair shot, I still had to use wax to get any real traction.
I reached out for support, initially, the replies were friendly promised to help me out. But as soon as it became clear I wasn’t satisfied, communication dried up. Multiple follow-ups I was just beeing ignored.
It’s ironic how they talk a lot about community, respect, and standing behind their product, but in practice, Its more like youre just another customer being ghosted after the sale. If you value real support and a company that stands by its promises, I’d think twice.
