Great cashback, confusing fees
Great cashback was given (while it lasted, offer is ending in a few days). However, the 1 euro fee for debit card transactions to a non-EEA merchant was... weird, especially as you can only see this after the transaction and refunds do not refund the 1 euro fee (and it tends to be difficult to track down whether the payment processor is in the EEA or Switzerland especially). Extra transparency here (e.g. while performing the 3ds check for a card) would be greatly appreciated.

Stay away- absolute waste account
Absolute waste account wuldnt advise to no one . Straight after I Opened account with them first issue transferred 2 small transfers from my own accounts to witty one of them got lost for a week :)
Then I transferred a bit more just to use card online - and when I decided to use I find out my account is restricted can’t send or receive money transfer bouncing back and card payments declined- and can’t send out either — phone line no one is picking up the phone called 100 times and in a chat all they say they need more time . It’s been 2 weeks now and they have no answer. Haven’t seen worse account in my life . Also no email or anything has been received about account restriction.
Complete junk - stay away

Modern banking charging 1 euro for each debit card transaction? I thought this predatory behaviour is a thing of the past!

Hidden fees all around, watch topping up, they say they will notify you of any fees but they don't. I got charged 2.50 to top up and 1 euro when I used the virtual card.

Charged 1euro fee in small transaction because they say the vendor was outside EEA, despite transaction being in euros and advertising payments with no fees. There is no way for the customer to know in advance. Very bad experience

Grundlos Konto anscheinend gesperrt. Keine Reaktion im Chat oder Support Forum. Keine Chance an mein Guthaben zu kommen und keine Kommunikation, wie es dazu kommen konnte.
Update: nach Kontaktaufnahme über die complaints email Adresse wurde das Problem relativ zeitnah behoben. Was da ursprünglich schief lief, weiß ich immer noch nicht und da ich deshalb davon ausgehen muss, dass so etwas jederzeit wieder vorkommen kann, werde ich weiterhin vorsichtig sein, dort nicht zu viel Geld zu parken.

El peor banco que he visto nunca
El peor banco que he visto nunca, me hicieron la primera transferencia y sin problema fui a sacar el dinero para pagar unas cosas y al pasar 3 días y no llegar me habían bloqueado la transferencia pero no me la abonan y 4k que pase más a mi cuenta bloqueada ósea más de 6k sin poder tocar ni darme una solución, son sacan no habrías ninguna cuenta con ellos

pagos rechazados con el dinero cargado
Hasta ayer me parecía un producto excepcional, pero empezaron a rechazarse pagos cuando intente pagar con tarjeta varias veces, al final tuve que pagar con una tarjeta de otra entidad y cuando me di cuenta el dinero se había cobrado. Contacto con atencion al cliente por chat, con un tiempo de respuesta muy lento, siempre ha sido asi, pero siempre me ha parecido de calidad menos esta vez, que me dicen que el problema esta solucionado y que en breve volvere a tener mis fondos. No me dicen que ha pasado, el motivo del rechazo ni me dan una fecha para volver a tener mi dinero disponible. Creo que si no puedo confiar en poder disponer de mi dinero para pagar no puedo confiar en tener ahi mis ahorros.
Reedito, y le pongo 4 estrellas por darle una segunda oportunidad, el problema finalmente se ha resuelto, pero creo que deben notificar a la gente para que deje de hacer pagos si hay un problema o rechazar sin hacer el cobro.

Holding my wife’s salary
They have been holding my wife’s salary. She is unable to do any actions on their app. It seems like they blocked her account without telling her why, which is very weird as she only receives her salary there and pays for her daily transportation expenses.
After some research, we found out some shady things about their “bank”. Customer Service team is inexistant. They don't care. Just know that when you sign up for their services. The complaints email is pointless, too.
Now, she asks them to close her account and send her hard-earned money to her French bank account, but they won't.
A shame!

This is the worst anf for sure its a scam, since 25 august i requested my account to be closed and until now nothing happened, i contact customer service and they keep saying under process, its almost a month and no one helped me..i need this account to be closed, shall i hire a lawyer?
